Friendly staff, always get what I needed when I shop at this store.

Store is clean, organized. The staff are knowledgable and helpful.

The employees at this location are always super helpful. We have been working on home projects and have made MANY trips to this home depot over the past 3 months.

One of the store person named KC went extra mile to offer me additional help in making sure that I am satisfied by replacement of items I ordered though online. Great work, keep it going.

Strange mix of staff working at this location. The staff working in the garden dept really need customer service training or remediation. Thier customer service is worst than Tool Rental dept. They are very uncaring and not helpful at all. They ignore you, try to not help you, and when you ask them a question or help with an item, they don't answer you and by their facial expressions - they seem very bothered by it. I'm thinking that they are possibly seasonal workers as for the most part, the general staff at Kent HD store is good overall. Not trying to beat this store up, but I have to voice my opinion as I do purchase a lot from Home Depot and purchase from over a dozen different HD stores annually. As a pro, I do purchase constantly from home depot (about $20k a year just with HD) and more from other hardware stores as well. With that said, I rather drive to other stores before going to the Kent HD store.

This store is my favorite because I can get in and out so quickly. It was easy to find what I needed, I was able to get in and out in a few minutes, and the products worked perfectly.

Always helpful staff and good prices. Today’s visit was especially pleasant thanks to our cashier David who was fun to work with at our checkout.

All items very neatly stacked and displayed and very reasonably priced. Staff is very helpful. If you're looking for any item, they'll walk along with you and help you in picking the right item. The Cashier staff also helpful in guiding on applying for Credit and other issues. A store worth a visit........

I decided to rebuild my deck this weekend. It is Wednesday and need the Decking Material by Friday. Stop by the Kent Home Depot and start shopping.... They did not have enough of stock on hand so I went to the Pro Center Desk where i met the greatest Pro Service agent Aneshia. She looked up SKU number and started calling nearby stores. She found stock and quantity I needed. I know it is no fun to call another store ask for lumber department and get a computer and actual stock on hand. I think she call 3 other stores. She did it with a smile and I felt she was working for me. Next time I need to go to Pro Center at Kent Store I am getting in Aneshia line...

Everything was good but they don't have few employees at appliances. must increase employees at appliances

Tons of employees hanging out with one another and ignoring customers. One employee was wearing mask around neck instead of covering mouth & nose. Severely unimpressed.
