Since the moment we got there the sales assistants were extremely helpful and friendly, it was an experience we wouldn’t get in another store. The deciding factor for me to make this review was the cashier named David. And the products we couldn’t find in other stores were available and easy to find, and also at great prices. Keep it up. PS. Yeah the store was clean too

This store has a very special team member who has make our experience exceptional, we only know of his first name, David, and he is always full of energy and in good spirit to be of service, over & beyond the call of duties, Kudos.

The cashier was the nicest person. The workers were courteous to me and helpful when I needed to find. This is a store I will return to!

Your inventory does not match up with on line more often than when it does. I am disappointed that on line ordering whether done in the store or at home disallow Military Veteran's discounts. Lately, check out has become quit annoying with the CoVid barriers and distance rules. There is no way to keep contact among register guns and keyboards and items all sanitized. Wearing a mask should be good enough.

I usually do not receive good service at big box stores but this time at the Kent Home Depot a sales associate name Marshall was extremely helpful. He helped me find everything that I needed, set up will-call for large items and help me load my car with smaller purchases. Please thank him for me.

As usual, I was able to get exactly what I wanted without problem. The only negative was waiting longer than normal to checkout, as the garden shop was busy, and oddly, no one called for assistance to help reduce the backlog.

I am always greeted with a friendly smile I get the help when I need it and Tammy at the paint desk is absolutely knowledgeable and so helpful her skills are truly appreciated.

Short and simple...the day just gets off to better start when cashiers like Aliyana sincerely greet you, are very pleasant, and just brighten up your day!

I happily acknowledge the I enjoy going in there, but I must admit that there are times when it is almost DANGEROUS because I see something that TEMPTS me. The ONLY thing that I very much wish could be done is to RESURFACE the parking lot...not just patch here and there, but do the whole thing. In a number of areas, it sincerely has become unpleasant and challenging to easily push even a partially filled cart out to the car. I realize that is bigger ticket expenses, but it has never been done. I will acknowledge that there have been some intermediate repairs, but even they are deteriorating. That is my rant for the day...thank you for "listening".

I live in Covington usually go to the Covington Home Depot people there seem to walk by you acting busy not wanting to help you and that’s all the time I went to the Kent store and people immediately ask if they could help you , and helped the whole time. looking for things finding things and doing their job. Great people Better place to Shop.

I bought 2 items, each was 49 cents. With tax, the total was $1.08. I asked for and received my veteran discount. This made the total 97 cents with tax. What a place, gives me a discount and a penny bonus!!!!

This store is always clean and well stocked

The fact that the great majority of all the people working there are friendly and helpful. Most of the time, that more than compensates for any out of stocks, etc. I was shopping early (like 6:45 am)this morning, and was wondering why there was rubbish on the floor. I realized in short order that the nighttime crew was still at work, so sweeping/running the floor machine had not yet been done.

I just have to say... the checker was fabulous. So alive, friendly, wanted to help, let you know about the credit card and discount and savings. His name is David. He is at the Kent store. Thank You
