The associates seem to always be ready to assist me in my projects. They make sure I have to right stuff to complete every project.

Need to hire individuals who can provide assistance and customer service not just gossip around and point to some one else..

This location has always been easy to navigate, with isles well labled and the layout makes sense. The customer service is well balanced. I am always approached with an offer of help. Yet, not pressed if I indicate I do not require help. On occasions I do need help, the first employee I connect with will do their best to answer questions and guide me to where I can find what I am looking for... if they do not have the knowledge to accommodate my request, rather than just point me toward an area or person, they will personally hand me off to the department expert, who is able to give me he help I need. In the summer heat, I will bring my canine companion into the store with me. She is always welcome.

The store was clean and the sales associates were very knowledgeable and friendly! What set this experience aside from any other customer service experience is Nathan at the checkout! It was refreshing to see him in his element and the superb spectacular level of customer service That he provides to everyone around him! This man did not miss a beat I watched him not only assist me and help to 3 other people around at the same time!He was very positive energetic respectful and so eager to assist! I truly enjoyed this experience! Thank you Nathan!

Had to wait for a sales person for a very long time. Once I picked my new dishwasher I was told they have it in the warehouse and it will be delivered on a day we picked. Got a call a day before delivery and was told unit is on back order and will not be delivered for another 3 weeks. I feel I was lied to and that is why I will never buy anything other than screws from this store.

Brent in customer service was amazing! He really went above & beyond to help with a return! He's a great asset to Home Depot & the customer service desk!

If you need to buy appliances, go the the Keller Home Depot and ask for Larry. He is fantastic!

Better than the I35 location but make sure to call ahead to verify inventory as they have issues with inventory management

The employees are very attentive. I have no problem with this particular store. I am of the opinion that Home Depot is just not a trustworthy retailer. I went to the store to purchase my Halloween decor on October 6th and couldn't find it due to all of the Christmas items that were out. There was one product that I wanted but only on display. When I asked for help I was informed that not one store in the county had the item in stock and Home Depot refused to ship the item to the store. I had to order it online via express shipping and pay an excessive amount in shipping. I am extremely frustrated with The Home Depot and how business is conducted by them. Corporations seem to forget that customers matter.

Removing the cashiers was a mistake! it has added significant time to check out! and you did not put those cashiers on the floor because I couldn't find one person to help me for at least 15 minuets

These sales associates went above and beyond our expectations. We were greeted at the door. We were asked if they could help us. They went to get a flatbed cart for our purchase and wheeled it to the cashier. The cashier greeted us and was very friendly. Then the sales associates (male and female) wheeled the purchase out to our car and loaded it in the backseat! Amazing service!

So I just had the most insulting experience at this particular Home Depot. I went to pick up a few items for a project that I am working on. I went to the Self Check out to pay for my items. Keep in mind there are several sale associates around the self checkout area to assist. After paying for my items I proceeded to walk out the door with my bag and receipt in my hand there was a sales associate at the register going out that was checking another customer out, stopped in the middle of checking that person out to ask me for my receipt,and to add insult on injury he verbally stated out where others around could hear what I had in my hand compared to what was on the receipt. The person that he was checking out appeared to be very disturbed that the cashier stopped in the middle of checking them out to check this small bag in my hand that clearly I had the receipt in my hand as well. I was super upset, insulted and embarrassed as if he assumed that I may be stealing something. So I proceed to go back and ask for a manager to ask what is your store policy for purchases when leaving out the door because as many times as I have been here at Home Depot and other locations this has never happened. Quite often I use self checkout for my purchases. It is only with this one particular sales associate. What I was told that this is standard procedure. So I said, let me make sure that I’m understanding you correctly. If I make a purchase at self checkout and my items are in a bag with the receipt visually out where you can see it you are to stop in the middle of assisting a customer to ask me for my receipt AND call out every item on the receipt? I won’t go into full details but they basically told me yes. I’m not a confrontational person but as soon as headquarters opens up tomorrow I will be filing a complaint. The airlines just fired someone that was over the local news for improper conduct to a customer who filed a complaint, moral of that story they apologized and took care of the issue . Just as a closed mouth don’t get fed neither does a closed mouth get heard.

Usually go to the Home Depot closer to my home although my son had a water main break and this Home Depot was closer to his home. I received excellent help, service, knowledge on what to purchase and how to use. Juan in Plumbing was wonderful in providing service and knowledge!! Demy when checking out made me feel valued as a person and customer. Thank Home Depot for having great, knowledgeable, wonderful men on your team!!! Had a great experience and really like this store!!!

Great store always friendly. If I ever need to return something they are very helpful, I have needed a couple of cuts in the wood section and every time they are very nice and willing to help out. Whenever I ask an employee for help they seem like they legitimately want to help they will even drop what they are doing and walk with me to the area I need help in.

Great store. I shop for all my repair and new project needs.

The store employee checking me out did not allow me to use a gift card (which equivalent to using cash or my debit card) after using a coupon. She did not seem to understand my frustrations or what I was trying to do and never once offered to ask for assistance from a manager or other store employee.

We shop at Home Depot a lot as my husband does home remodeling repair. Our experience at this Home Depot is always above and beyond in customer service. Walking through the store we are greeted by many, and asked if they can help. The help is always with a genuine spirit of concern, and desire to help.

Awesome experience. If you need help in appliances, ask for Cindy. This was the 3rd store I tried to get assistance from in ordering an appliance. She gives outstanding customer Service! Plus, everyone there seems more friendly, instead of standing in huddles ignoring the customer like at some other stores. The delivery was flawless; the guys in delivery were courteous and even ask if I wanted to inspect the appliance and didn't rush me. Very positive experience.

This location had what we needed. Trenatey in Customer Service did an outstanding job in helping us check out with our items that we needed to have held for a future pick up. She was professional, friendly and so helpful. It was a good shopping experience. The other associates that helped us with our purchase were also great. We will choose this location in the future.
