Once again I was so pleased to work with the associates at Home Depot. I have enjoyed their customer service for years especially with ordering carpet or flooring for my home.

Really caring people work here at 377 store best store in metroplex!

Staff always friendly , store nicely stocked.

No propane fuel for camping cook stoves for two months. Most stores have recovered their stocked items since the freeze, except for Home Depot.

I shop at the Home Depot locations in Keller and Southlake. The Keller location appears to be busy very often and the staff does their best to help customers any time they are not occupied with another customer. The Southlake location is also great for customer service. On some occasions there are not quite as many customers at this location. This could be due to the demographics of the area with a large number of very affluent residents who have the disposable income to pay the pro's to do their projects . The middle-income Keller location on the borderline with the blue-collar city of Watauga attracts more do-it-yourselfers and construction pro's.

This is a good store. Probably the best in the area. My only feedback is for the associates - if you see someone wandering around aimlessly looking like they are trying to find something, offer assistance. At this store there used to be a special needs employee who was ON IT, and I mean he hustled to help the customer. He is the model of what all associates should be like.

we have been to several of the Home depots in this area, and we have definitely noticed a great difference in the friendliness and knowledge of these employees, not just once in a while every time we need something for the last few years we go out of our way to shop here in Keller. There are closer HD's but we have not been as satisfied with the help we have gotten at the others.

This Keller Store # 6548 has great staff, very knowledgeable Department members. The store keeps a good stock of the items that they show in store. The store is always clean. The employees always ask if you need assistance. Cant ask for a better Home Depot.

Stocked and friendly employees

Penske truck rental- truck had obviously just been turned in without being cleaned / checked out. Cab was dirty and had 2 used face masks in it. When we arrived at warehouse and opened box up, there was a huge mound of furniture blankets and quilts in a heap. We had to off load and load blankets each time we had to move our stuff. The most alarming thing is the truck cab obviously wasn’t wiped down between uses and with covid-19 that is really serious!

This location has the most helpful and knowledgeable team members. The care for the cart cleaning area and sanitizer stations makes you feel safe. I have on occasions looked for help, had this person drop what they were doing to help me then find out he was the store manager. I know recognize him, and you can tell my his leadership why the team there is just as responsive.

The store was clean and the Associates were very friendly and always willing to help with any questions you might have.

If you need professional help with a friendly smile, come to the Home Depot in Keller. As for Jackie in gardening if you are in need of anything outdoor. We saved $50 on our purchase by applying for a Home Depot card. The store was well stocked and clean. Everyone was helpful and friendly.

Everyone in store is very helpful. Lee, in electrical assisted me in everything I needed and pointed out a sale on tp. Fast check out and out the door. Thank you.
