great store! Very helpful and patience people there.

Store is neat and well stocked. It's a busy place. Maybe it is just me, but the store seems devoid at times of enough employees to manage questions to expedite questions, etc. Overall, staff is courteous and helpful.

The staff is rude the store was out of a lot and noone seemed to know anything.

Cindy in appliances went the extra mile for me. I'd even say she went the extra marathon! She helped me sort through product reviews when I was in a crunch to decide on a washer after ours went out with a newborn. While most people would probably be annoyed by my indecisiveness and unending questions, she took it all in stride and worked with me to find the right washer and dryer for me. I can't say I've ever had a bad experience in this store, but this visit blew me away simply with how amazing and helpful Cindy was with her customer service.

I been going to this store for over a year know. I think they have Very good customer service. The employees that I have been in contact with are very helpful and kind. It's slot better then the home depot I used to shop at. Thanks for all your hard work.

Since when did it become the customer’s responsibility to take a picture of a price tag when being overcharged for an item at checkout? Worst customer service that I have encountered at this store.

Depends on the department you're going to and time of day. Dale in electrical in the morning is awesome. The customer service used to be awesome at this store. Cerene the AGM is the worst- if you ask for a manager and she walks up- just ask for her boss or walk away because you'll be wasting your time and effort. Customer service used to be what set HD apart from it's competition. Maybe cyclical turnover will work the customer service issue out but right now it's not good- probably stems from leadership (Cerene).

I always find what I'm looking for at this store compared to any other HD or any other competitor. The people in this store are the best anywhere in the FW/Dallas area. This is my #1 Store Anywhere!

Staff very assistive with finding products and helpful with advice on how to tackle your project, unlike another large home improvement store close by Home Depot had staff that have experience and understanding of your challenges to fix it or remodel

The plumbing department guys James and Mike are excellent they know what they are talking about and if found an explain the plumbing problem you have they will take the time for you to get the materials needed to fix it.James had four people waiting to talk to him the Saturday I was there. He took the time to assist folks that were ahead of me that had a very particular project you could see how much he cares about his work

Kept A Safe Distance Away From Me. Wore A Mask. Announced My Total To Me. Thanked Me For Shopping At The Keller Home Depot!!! Told Me To Have A Great Day!!! She Did It All With A Smile!!! (Cash Register Employee) is Very Kind Friendly & Fast!!! I know how I want to pay for my items before I go to Home Depot!!! Don't ask me every time I enter the store!!!

The store is generally clean and well stocked. Don't go there expecting to find someone to help you. You're pretty much on your own. No employees available, wifi doesn't work for locating product.

Everyone complains about finding someone to help them at Home Depot. If you go to this store, you will not have that problem if Juan is on the job. This guy found my Ryobi set that I had already went to 2 stores to look for. He went and got the shipment that just came in. He is a asset to HD and a great human being.

I love my local Home Depot. All the employees are very helpful and knowledge based about the products.

Store charged me twice for the same purchase then wanted to tell me it did not happen even when I showed them the bank statement

The stores cashier was very nice. However she could not make up for the online store messing up my order and not doing anything to make it right.

I love this store. The cashiers in the garden area are very friendly and nice. The plant selection is pretty good as well.

I made a major purchase of an item that is hard to find right now. They had the item and at a better price than other places. They handled my online order faster than I would have thought and when I arrived delivered it to my vehicle and loaded it with a smile. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and friendly. My questions were answered. This was the easiest online order and pickup I have ever had. I recommend this Home Depot without hesitation.

I live in Capitola CA Never been to this store cant speak for it. Survey screwed up like phone systems. Just wated another hour.

This store has some really great workers..... friendly & helpful. Their efforts to control crowd and follow safety guidelines is admirable.

The store was clean and well organized. They have a great check out team members. However, the individuals in paint are less then helpful. As a first time homebuyer, I wish the employee was more willing to help me make a decision instead of making me feel like I was bothering her.

Disappointed in homedepot management in Keller, TX Store location. long line of customers with only one employee at customer service desks helping everyone while “Ceci” and other employee were on the phone the whole time, I asked Ceci very nicely if she could help customers, and she replied with an attitude almost yelling at me “I have a job to do, don’t tell me how to do my job SIR!” I then asked if she could get someone else to help customers if she can’t, and she says “I’m not a manager SIR!” what’s up with “SIR” at the end of each of her lines anyway?! Drop it if you don’t mean it and your intention is to offend! It’s more insulting! So anyway, it gets more interesting, I spoke with her manager “Kristy” to complain, she was sympathetic to her employee because and I quote Kristy: “her job is very stressful and I would have gone crazy if I were doing her job”! Funny I found myself in a situation that I was trying to explain the obvious to a homedepot manager: “I don’t care how stressful her job is, she has to be respectful. And let’s just forget that I’m a customer, when I’m asking something nicely and respectfully, doesn’t matter how much stress she is under, she will respond respectfully”. It’s common sense! Am I missing something? Because I have a stressful job too, but I don’t go around disrespecting people! But I would still want to thank “Tami” who helped me, she was very helpful, patient and polite! She acknowledged the long line of customers and asked other homedepot employees multiple times if they could help customers, and they ignored her, and that was when I asked Ceci for help. I hate spending this time even writing this! VERY UNNECESSARY! All because of a person who in my opinion is not in the right place and dealing with customers stresses her out and make her insult people.

This store is ALWAYS clean and the aisles are never crowded with un-shelved merchandise. The employees are courteous and helpful. They stock is always up to date and shelves are full (well, except for toilet paper. No store in the Metroplex has toilet paper!) Whether I want something simple (like a hook to hang a picture), or huge (like a washer and dryer, I can go in Home Depot and find what I am looking for.

I like this store and most employees are friendly and helpful, However a few spend more time talking to each other than helping customers. My only issue is at checkout. During this time of social distancing I’d prefer the cashiers helping up front not touch my items or receipt. I know they are being helpful but it seems odd to me you ask people to stand 6’ apart while waiting inline to get into the store and then at checkout have a store employee stand 2’-3’ away and handle my receipt, are they immune? For their safety and mine, thank you

Purchased a 1300 dryer which had a steam feature and a reversible door. The installer first comment was do you really want to change the door swing. He stated you’re taking a risk because there is a high probability changing the door can cause breakage and he would have to go get another dryer. The steam feature of the dryer requires water, the salesman stated the water would come from the washer intake and split to go to the dryer to provide the water for the steam feature. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.
