My husband and I came for vinyl. We received amazing help from a polynesian man who cut our flooring. We then went to look at faucets and got amazing service from a women with curly hair in the plumbing area. She even walked us to the fron where we were greeted with amazing customer checkout ladies. Awesome!!! We found our new home store. Thank you.

All the employees from the time I entered the store greater me, asked me if i needed help, showed me what isle to go, smiled and helped me at self check out. Plus the sakes associate who assisted me at self check out helped me save money and showed me items that would compliment my tool buying purchase

This store had a product I couldn't match anywhere else. Great staff and service.

I buy tools from Home Depot on the regular for work but the selection is poor compared to online but they don’t ship to hawaii either so they are missing out on plenty of sales!!

Darin had excellent customer service and was very helpful during my trip to the Kapolei Home Depot. His help was very much appreciated.

Employees on the floor could be more friendlier. Smile, Say Aloha, Never hear from them say- May I help you until I ask. I miss that door greeter in the wheelchair that did go beyond and make me smile. I like the changes. I can pull up my car in the front and load my heavy stuff including Concrete. Thank-You Matt & Brandon!!!

Ginsey is great. She's the best.. plus she's left-handed. Left-handed people always do things better.

This store can get busy but never too crowded where you don’t know where to push your cart. The aisles are big and allows for traffic from different directions to pass through. Always stocked and always friendly!

I needed to paint my granddaughter room, but I didn’t know what paint to buy. Rosie in the paint department help me find the right paint for my job. Thank you Rosie.

I went to Home Depot in Kapolei and as someone who has recently bought a home and been going through the process to renovate it. When my husband and I went to customer service the employees were just so accommodating, friendly, and helpful! I’m very thankful especially as it’s a first for us trying to navigate and find the types of materials needed for the renovation and it felt at ease having these employees be so welcoming and friendly!

We looked everywhere for economically priced replacement cushions for outside patio furniture. Elsewhere, it would have been cheaper to buy a whole new patio set but Home Depot Kapolei had the replacement cushions in the perfect color, thickness and price.

I walked into the garden shop and was kindly greeted with a smile by Rusela. Then had the best shopping trip due to customer service by Liam Gwaldarama. Walked me through garden shop providing service and helpful advise!!!! Best customer service I've ever had at a hardware store!!!! Thanks Liam!!!!!

I had a problem with a product I purchased at Christmas and couldn't get help from the manufacturer but the store was very helpful. Dillon with Milwaukee brand went above and beyond.

Knowing that Home Depot Kapolei is one of the most convenient hardware store on the leeward coast they still manage to keep store clean. Customer service is great and staff is helpful for what ever needs to help on your home project.

I had a problem with the self-checkout and Liam & Steven were right there to help me out with knowledge & proficiency and got me out of there in no time. I was tired from work so getting out of there quickly was a plus! Great job Liam & Steven!

My partner and I recently visited the Kapolei (#1706) location and received excellent customer service. We'd like to give a shout out to Kimi over in the lumber department. Not only was she pleasant to work with but she was also very knowledgeable and informative, efficiently and effectively providing the level of insight and guidance that informed our purchasing decision based on our needs and constraints. We look forward to working with her again in the future!

Ginsey in Returns she is always helpful , respectful and polite. Always doing something. She takes care of the customers. Very friendly and has a great sense of humor. I was in line and the line was pretty backed up. Ginsey came in walked to her register and all you could here was have a great day ,Next . Line went down so fast . She goes above and beyond for us customers and also for her co-workers too. I think she deserves a raise. I run a business and I asked her to give me a call because my company could use her customer service skills. It was Awesome .

Kapolei Home Depot employee Jamar was so helpful and though I am disabled she made my trip expedient and enjoyable. Found exactly what I needed and was in and out in no time at all!
