This store is always helpful and friendly. They always have things we need and are willingly to help with whatever we need.

Had excellent help getting lighting from the top shelf. Tim was able to answer both online and in store inventory questions. Check out was efficient and pleasant with Shawna, will definitely return.

Visited this Home Depot for supplies for a home deck rebuild, because the normal retailer I use was closed. The employees have been amazingly helpful, most especially Sam and Amy in the contractor's desk area. I've now been back to the store for all of our deck rebuild purchases. Employees have been exceptional in providing customer service and representing The Home Depot.

Most of the employees are knowledgeable about their departments, just a few green horns are lacking on knowledge but we all have to start somewhere.

The new, but Very enthusiastic, cashier was extremely helpful. He said his name was Ryan, but I know him as "Salami".

The staff and store manager were extremely helpful and understanding when an issue with my gift card had me distressed. The cashier, Esther was awesome and promptly called for the store manager who quickly assessed the issue and resolved it with kindness and grace. Absolutely recommend this location to anyone shopping for home improvement items in this area.

LISA, BRIAN, TYBO, and TIM all worked to make our visit to this store outstanding. We had been experiencing some trouble with some gift cards from a gift that was returned, but these folks turned it all around and MADE OUR DAY!!! WE WILL BE BACK!!

In Joplin MO we have options in buying home improvement produces and I've found Home Depot to be the best of all. Their staff has always been more responsive to my needs than any other store I've shopped at which is pretty much all of them.

I always like to go to this store because the employees are always helpful and friendly. You never have to do self-checkout because they staff enough cashiers. Big box companies seem to be competing to see who can replace the most employees with monitors. Joplin Home Depot, so far, continues to hire people who make my visits enjoyable.

Doug, From tool rental i believe, went out of his way to help me out while shopping today very nice fella and very helpful!
