Great Customer Service and the dedication to shopper safety by requiring mask during this trying time is appreciated by me ( a high risk person)

Great environment and helpful staff.

Staff greeted me upon entering the store and offered to help me find exactly what I needed. Rather than pointing to the appropriate section, they ushered me to assure the right help. Doug and Shaley and others practically held my hand throughout the Joplin, MO, store to insure my satisfaction and offered future satisfaction in case I had additional problems.

Not friendly, rude, not helpful employees. Poor customer service. Shelves were dirty and not stocked. Lots of boxes in the way. Employees were there in their own little groups of 3 and had to be hunted down to ask a question. I rarely get greeted or asked if I need help in this store, but tonight was the worst.

don't ask for management if you have a problem because all they can do is make jokes a out how their employees doesn't want to do their jobs in a timely manner. Took over 2 hours to have an order picked with only 4 items on the order and was told 1 wasn't in stock when it was available online at my time of purchase.

Jeff was in the Parking lot and helped me load my boxes into the car. He didn’t have to but wanted to.

Staff was rude, store was in disarray, rules designed to ensure a safe distance had the opposite effect.

This Store is always Clean and the employees are always friendly and I always have a pleasant experience there.

The Joplin Store has the best employees and customer service. Very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Highly recommended and I will definitely be doing a lot more business at Home Depot in the future! Best experience yet.

I was ready to purchase a Ryobi 10" sliding miter saw. Online inventory showed five available in the Joplin, MO store. Upon arrival, there were no boxed saws in the tool section. The associate covering the tool area asked if he could assist, and started looking in different areas where inventory is stored. He spent at least 20 minutes walking the store to different storage areas trying to locate a saw. There were none to be found. He could have easily told me none were available, apologized for the online inventory status, and gone about his day. However, he said he had one more location they could be. He went out to a delivery truck that had not yet been fully unloaded. On the truck he found the saws, unloaded them and brought one to me. This was great customer service. Thanks, for the extra effort Chuck!

I placed my order online to minimize my exposure to others. My order was filled properly and waiting for me when I came to the customer service center. Well done.

I absolutely recommend Store #3042 in Joplin. Everyone there is so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We bought Walton Oak LVT for our upstairs bedroom/bathroom and due to cuts, we were exactly 2 boards short. We went to the store, not wanting to spend $55 for another whole box but had to have to boards so... At any rate, I explained our situation to the young man who stopped to see if he could help us and since there was a case open, he told us to take what we needed w/o cost since we had bought so much already. It is things like that, that make me want to never shop at any other home improvement store. Good job Home Depot

Very friendly and helpful employees. I also witnessed them being very kind to a mentally handicapped customer. He was telling everyone bye and giving them fist bumps. They all treated him with respect and acted like they were his best buddies. Very sweet bunch of employees in JOPLIN, MO.

New to Missouri, and we do a lot of projects. This Home Depot is excellent. Associates are friendly, courteous, and very helpful. Sam knew exactly what I needed to finish my project. He took the time to go and find what I needed and then made sure I did not need anything else before checking out. Cheyenne was very personable, friendly, courteous, both Sam and Cheyenne are good examples of the kind of customer service you can expect with each visit. My husband has also been to this store many times since August and he is the one who recommended that I go to this location.

We have shopped this store for years and have always loved it, even moving an hour an half away we still would make the trip BUT If you are going to go to this store go during the day because the crew after 6pm is HORRIBLE!
