This was the first time doing a Phone Order through the Pro Desk. I hadn't set up the Text2Confirm feature so that was a little frustrating since I didn't know what the order was for and had to pay immediately. I suggest that there be some sort of feature when the Pro Xtra # is given that indicates that the Customer is currently in the Bid Room for 7 days and that the Employees should see that automatically and request the items be put into the Bid Room. I had to call back and inform the Pro Desk Employee that my Bid Room was still active and that I would like the items placed to see if I could get a discount. They later issued a Credit to the Account.

There needs to be an option where customers can take the price gun and scan items into their cart (see Stop and Shop), this will save time going to the Pro Desk with 6 carts of items and having the associate scan each one. I spent the 4 hours shopping, why do I need to spend another hour watching someone price scan all of the items i put into my cart already? This will save a lot of time for both customers and employees.

Since I have the Commercial Revolving Account and Pro Xtra Account, it's worth coming to Home Depot for Home Improvement needs. I was able to submit $3,000 worth of material into the Volume Price Program (Bid Room) and get a discount. That's a positive. The associate from the Pro Desk took the time to price scan all 200 items and was INCREDIBLY Patient through the whole process. She should be commended for her great customer service.

My wife and I had a pleasant experience with the associate from the Paint Department (11/4/19 at 7:00 PM). He was professional, funny, courteous and willing to answer ALL of our questions about paint. We felt comfortable and not pressured. He didn’t try to push us away to get to another customer. His experience working showed that the customers are #1 priority. Please commend the Associate from the Paint Department for his excellent customer service and give him a raise!

Went in on 11/1/19 around 9 PM to get Paint. The associate was extremely patient and helpful. He took the time to explain which paints works best for our project and listened to my wife’s request about a certain color she liked. He should be commended for his great customer service.

This Jericho location is by far the best in Long Island. The store is huge and well stocked. The kitchen and bathroom showroom is one of a kind. The people who work there are very knowledgeable and helpful. I learned a lot from them. I have a Home Depot closer to my home. But I travel to for this great service.

One of best home Depot's I've visited. Unlike many others, they have adequate staff on the floor to help you and staff is very friendly and helpful.

Greeted in parking lot by men looking for work as day laborers and delivery men. Same people urinating in the parking lot by the store entrance . Went to purchase a new grill Asked several employees for help was told it's not there Dept. Asked 3 people if they could make a page for help. No one did. 4th person we asked finally made page. No one ever came so we left . This store was once a great store. People would help the customer. Now it's not my Dept mentality . I would hope that they could improve on customer .

Awesome service. The staff is eager to help and they almost always have what I want. I cannot imagine going any where else for my home jobs.

I could not find products, Display of items (shower heads and faucets) but were not on shelves. No employees to help on floor or give assistance and basically incompetent or unfriendly help. I am a veteran and after purchase had to wait on customer service line 45min. for discount.

This store is great. It has above average staff in their ability and willingness to help. They are friendly and make the experience better.

Great place to shop

I am a female who works in finance and sits at a desk all day I am somewhat handy but I don’t know much about carpentry Eddie Laboy in the Jericho store help me through every step of the process from selecting the lumber I needed cutting it to the measurements I required, checking me out and getting it securely fastened to my car for the ride home. he’s great !!!

The woman employee who was so helpful in getting some edge fencing down when it was too high for me to reach and Rumi at the cashier booth was helpful, friendly and articulate when I spoke to her.
