Need more stock we don't wait for one month

An associate paged someone to assist me in a certain isle but nobody showed up to help me. I eventually found what I was looking for on my own.

Kudos to Alex(hardware) and Steve(returns) for making my shopping experience successful. Two jems among many that made my life easy!!!!

Filthy. Unorganized. Impossible to find and procure help from employees. Always low on stock, not just during covid. Pro contractor for 25+ years. Avoid this place like the plague.

Employee accused me of stealing at the register... when receipt proved her wrong, she refused to apologize and called me rude! Will never come back to this store will rather drive 20 minutes and go to Lowe’s!

The Jericho store was clean and neatly appointed and also carried an impressive amount of inventory. The employees that I spoke with were all friendly and willing to help me in my quest for my purchases. I would definitely shop here again even though it’s a long way from my hole and there are many other Home Depot closer. I enjoyed my shopping experience Thank you Home Depot for great service

I am always impress with the neatness of the store. I find everything I need and/or I ask for guidance and I always find someone to help me.

The staff was rude and very unhelpful. There is no signage to indicate a difference between two lines to enter the store so after waiting on one line for 20 minutes or so I was told I would need to wait on the “returns line” in a very rude way. That is an unacceptable answer when there were no signs or team members directing patrons fo the “designated” lines. When I told customer service about this issue and suggested they post staff members at the end of each line to stop this confusion as I saw it happen to a number of other patrons aside from myself the staff member just shrugged it off like there was no issue.

I go to about 3 different Home Depot stores on a fairly regular basis and the Jericho store is my favorite. It's conveniently situated for easy access and the store is always clean and well organized. Also, the store clerks are helpful and courteous.

John from D96 is a great lot associate. He voluntarily offered me help when he saw me with the stuff I bought. I definitely will be back there to shop again because of him.

Store is conveniently located on main thoroughfare-Jericho Trpk. Parking is adequate, however I generally park away from the entrance, as there are periodically nails "here and there' in the parking area. The store is full of variety, well stocked, and exactly located as listed online (i.e., in a particular Aisle or Bay). Checkout is a breeze, and easy to navigate. In short, its a pretty good shopping experience.

went to usual self-checkout with 4 two gallon paint jugs plus other items , clerk immediately came over to scan so I didn't need to manipulate the items in the cart. I appreciate the prompt service.

The employees at the Jericho Westbury were so helpful and pleasant today they helped me find everything I needed. The store is very clean and stocked with everything you need.

Faster and friendly

This is probably my 10th review, but I really need to recognize and appreciate an Employee in the Pro Desk at the Jericho location for her OUTSTANDING Customer Service each and every time. I’m a Homeowner and doing a MAJOR remodel and buying ALL of the material from HD. Dropping $$$$ in material costs. Having a dedicated Pro Desk Employee help in this process makes a huge difference. She is an absolute delight to work with. Patient and willing to go the extra mile for customers. In this day and age when the art of “customer servicing” is lost and anyone can buy anything online and have it delivered to their front door, it’s really nice to have a calm Associate (now dealing with my Contractor….that’s a different story). Please appreciate & recognize this employee. She goes above & beyond (all of the time) for my orders & email requests. She contacts me (left voicemails & replied to emails) confirming everything when my Contractor (Runner) comes in to buy items. She made sure that I saw the Phone Order (Text2Confirm) prior to confirming the order. It’s nice to see what my Contractor is buying before I approve. Good experiences and good workers need to be recognized. Keep up the good work.

This was the first time doing a Phone Order through the Pro Desk. I hadn't set up the Text2Confirm feature so that was a little frustrating since I didn't know what the order was for when my Contractor checked out. Once I received the Electronic Receipt via email, I had to call back and inform the Pro Desk Employee about the Volume Price Program (Bid Room) discount that I should have received. The employee made sure to make it right and they later on gave a Credit to my account. The associate from the Pro Desk was very professional (and also has an awesome personality!) made sure to make it right. Very much appreciated as a customer!

I suggest that there be some sort of feature that indicates that the Customer is in the Volume Price Program (Bid Room) for 7 days and that the Employees should see that automatically and request the items be put into the Bid Room. I had to call back and inform the Pro Desk Employee about the Bid Room discount that wasn't applied and they later on gave a Credit. The employee who handled this transaction on 11/14/19 should be commended for resolving the matter within a few minutes. Very professional and much appreciated!
