Kaitlyn is probably the most amazing customer service rep I've ever had the pleasure of working with at Home Depot. She went out of her way to help me with my returns and pickup of tiles, many of which were damaged from shipping. She looked at every opportunity to help give me the most positive experience including helping me load my van and calling experts to assist me whenever needed. I've never had such VIP treatment at Home Depot and I'm a long term pro member. Please extend her my thanks!

Checking out should be just that,not standing in line, told to move to another line,due to malfuncting register, then told to go back to original line only to be told self check out register is still malfunctioning

I thought of making this purchasing this Floor a few weeks back and I am happy that I did it at Jericho Home Depot.

Larhlge store a d well stocked but usually cant find anyone to help . Prices generally good..too many seld help isles and almost none with cashier. Store does not keep any records on large items so cannot get info on them. Need to deal with cirinsnk and this can be a big problem

If you need assistance with Tile needs you should ask for Benji. He is to notch and goes above and beyond to make sure you get full attention.

The associates in this store are the most unfriendly group of people that I have ever come in contact with. Will never shop this store again!!!!

I went in for an air filter because the ac people never put one in after servicing, and I’ve been choking and going to doctors. Leroy went above and beyond to find it, “moved mountains” and I truly wish all customer service people can be like him. Great team last night. I definitely recommend this store! Thanks Jericho!

I highly recommend Home Depot in Jericho, New York. I drove there from Connecticut looking for a door that was not in stock anywhere else. From the moment I entered the store, I was offered assistance. The checkout experience was extremely pleasant. But most notably, was my experience outside in the parking lot with Eddie. He went above and beyond to help me load two doors into a small car. I didn’t think it was gonna work, but he was persistent. Excellent experience.

Katlyn the supervisor is so nice bubbly and helpful. Always a pleasant experience when I go to her register. This Home Depot needs to clone her so all the employees can be like her.

I am a regular shopper at the Jericho Store... The staff has always been amazing. The paint staff are friendly and helpful and have been a part of my DIY projects since 2005. Customer service is really "Customer Service"... That being said the store has great employees! Thank you to all.

If you need tools from a jig saw to a floor sander, I suggest Home Depot in Jericho, NY! The staff is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and eager to assist.

Got a new water heater, the helped me out and got everything set within 15 minutes. Just got it installed (less than a week from purchase) and never expected the process to go this smsmoothly. Greatly appreciated!!

A new hire lady staff came to greet me and asked if any help was needed. Then, she led me to the aisle to save me time to find the product. During checkout, another female staff helped me. The overall experience this time was really great.

Ten years ago we bought about 50 ever greens from Home Depot and the person who helped us was Linda from Gardening. At the time she gave us her cell phone number and this time around when I called her she answered the phone and was so helpful. She made it so easy for us again to buy more trees.
