This is the best Home Depot store around friendly service and always have what I need

This store has very considerate workers, and they are very knowledgeable about products

Many of us in this area are older and retired. This store offers help not only with carry out to your auto, but also putting bulky, heavy items in your cart and offering to push you to the checkout. This store is always clean and fresh. Has a very helpful return policy when necessary. Friendly employees. Need something? Just ask.

This Jasper store should be an example of the other Home Depot Stores. The Employees are very friendly and willing to help you if you have any questions.

I have depended on this Home Depot (Jasper, GA) for almost two years now and to be honest, don't know what I would have done without the store and its people. I moved into a house that had very little done to the yard for a few years (only had three plants). In addition, I put in a whole house water filter which turned out to be simple. Have spent a "small fortune" in the garden shop area of this store and have always gotten the friendliest service.

Great shopping experience at Jasper GA Home Depot. Dan & Robin in the Garden Department helped me pick out a Gorilla Cart. They explained the difference between several different carts/wheelbarrows and made sure I got what I could handle. Very friendly and of course, knowledgeable. As busy as it was, I did not have to wait to check out. .

This is a great place to shop! We are working on a remodel and they have been extremely helpful and easy to work with during this process. I love this store!!

What set this store apart for me was the service I got when I brought my Ridgid tool in for service. Tim in tool rentals was very knowledgable and walked me through Home Depot's repair policy regarding Ridgid's Lifetime tool policy and ensured he would be able to fix it no problem. He called me in a couple days and let me know my tool was fully repaired and ready for pickup. Upon pickup he operated the tool to ensure me the repair was done to my satisfaction....it was. Great service and associate!

I had no trouble finding the things I needed in a quick response of an employee. Store is always clean and safe. Associates were great

Some questions are too rigid: I was satisfied with my experience there, though frustrated initially by needing advice that was not available.I was assisted by an asst mgr, someone from a different dept, and a checkout employee.

Previously I was not afforded my Military discount as my red ID was not accepted even tho it proved my Navy service. This card, I was told by the cashiers, that it was not valid for discount by the store manager. Apparently, this policy has changed as I no longer am refused my discount by this store. I am pleased & hope it stays this way.
