Need to re emphasize customer service. Customer service is a dying service that costs nothing and is part of the employees job. How far can customer service go? All the way to your competitor which is 30 miles in this case

Staff is always helpful, friendly and never hard to find which is unfortunately rare at home improvement stores. Dianne s seems to be my regular cashier as I visit at roughly the same time pretty much every day and she always sets a cheery tone for the rest of my day!

Feel confident in shopping here. Associates are friendly and helpful.

SO GLAD THAT HOME DEPOT IS IN MY BACK YARD. I OFTEN NEED WOOD TO MAKE THINGS AND PARTS TO REPAIR THINGS AND IT IS EASY TO FIND AT THE LOCAL HD STORE. THE STAFF THERE HAS ALWAYS BEEN HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY MAKING IT A PLEASURE TO SHOP THERE.

The Jasper, GA HD is like an old hometown hardware. You are always welcomed at the door and asked if we need help. We know several of the employees by name, and they are incredibly nice and knowledgeable. Never a pause in their eagerness to serve their customers! It's a clean and welcoming environment and we love shopping there.

Bought a washer and dryer at this store. We shop at this Home Depot for all our household appliances. Excellent services here!

We recently ordered a part for our grill and had it sent to our local Home Depot. However, the part kept being sent to a different store. The customer service associates did everything they could to get the part in to the correct store. The Assistant Manager Brian finally solved the problem to our satisfaction.

Bought a refrigerator a few days ago, and Chris in the Appliance Department was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable of all refrigerator models we looked at. He went far and beyond the call of duty, A valuable Home Depot employee.

Unable to find the things we needed, my husband (who is legally blind) and I interrupted an employee from his current task who then not only walked us to find our items but also loaded them on our cart, accompanied us to checkout and then loaded our car. Good Samaritans can be found at Home Depot!

We have been in this area for 2 years so far and the Home Depot in Jasper we have found it to be very well stocked, clean, helpful employees and conveniently located. We shop here all the time as it is so close to home.

I buy all of my appliances and tools etch at jasper Home Depot. They have excellent service and I love Robin in appliances she is awesome and more knowledgeable then anyone I have met yet in the past 5 years I have lived in Georgia and had the pleasure of being a customer there. I shopped other stores. Hands down jasper Home Depot is the store to buy all of your home needs. I highly recommend it.

My husband and I went to tool rentals to rent some tools to work on a project. The employee reviewed everything we would need, the cost, and even what we should do. Timothy even made suggestions that would better suit our needs. We ended up going with the suggestion of not renting the equipment but doing something different. It was very helpful and I appreciated all the interest in our project and not trying to sell us on something that we wouldn’t have been able to do.

I was greeted when I enter, two employees asked if I needed help then DJ told me how he builds handrails for stairs, helped me pick out the lumber, and helped me load it. Great customer service!!!

Couldn’t located the flooring they showed to have in stock. Offered a discount on the amount in stock and located more at a store fairly close. The customer service was above and beyond
