I've been a plumber for almost 20 years. Been going to HD all over the state of GA. Jasper HD is by far the best experience I've had out of every other HD I've been to.

I like all the products at the stores. Only thing I don’t agree with is price matching between other stores on clearance items. I bout some lighting today and would buy more if I could get the same price!!

I've been shopping Home Depot for 25-30 years both as a contractor and a homeowner....visited two HD grand openings at stores that I still visit weekly. I've tried other stores but they just don't cater to professionals the way HD does. They're much more likely to have the pro version of what I need.

Don't buy your wheat straw from HD. Poor quality, wet, moldy and stuck together impossible to use.

ordered hot water heater on line and did pick up at store. loved it. Manager, Steve, Actually loaded it in my truck for me.

Steve the Store Manger was out front sweeping and greeted us at the door and ask what we needed and connected us with Cynthia who helped us with selecting a Husky adjustable work bench that we use for an office desk. Steve always goes above and beyond to ensure Customer Satisfaction!

Attempted to buy a husky connect pack out. Non on the floor three in top stock. However no help could be found even after a request at customer service with an overhead page. I can't shop top stock.

I was so glad to have such a helpful Home Depot employee to help me at checkout. Her name was Lacy.

We were shopping for a new kitchen faucet and they had several choices to choose from. We really love the one we chose.

rented the truck to move some wood the truck went all the wood got it delivered the timing manner all due to you employees help with manager cooperation it was one of the best experiences I've had at home Depot ever

It was such a pleasure to have Sally in the Paint Department help us with the right product. She is very knowledgeable and friendly.

I asked Santa for an American Holly, but he failed to deliver. A few days later, I was in the garden area and saw a potted holly deep inside a display of other evergreens. Since the plants were dense, I couldn’t see the tag which identified the plant, so I set out looking for someone to help. A young man was up on a lift arranging inventory and I asked if there was someone to assist me. He cheerfully climbed down, walked over to the display with me, climbed gently thru the plants (ouch) and read the information from the plant’s tag to me. It was not the tree I was in search of,but I nearly bought it just because the young man was so kind and helpful. Alas…I guess I’ll wait till next Christmas and see if Santa comes thru then.
