The associates at this store were really helpful in guiding me to the items that I needed. I addition, thanks a lot to Toni for making my checkout more fast and efficient.

I enjoyed my visit to this location because the store was not overcrowded and all the items I wanted to purchase were available. I found the employee's I encountered to be friendly and helpful. Will return to this location in the future.

Jasmine (in paint) was terrible. I’ve never experienced such rude and condescending behavior from an associate. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else for paint, there are plenty of other options.

Best customer help in Birmingham...

I went in to buy Miracle-Grow garden soil that was on sale for $1.50/bag at a different store. I grabbed one bag and had the lady cashier Amy at Customer Service check the price, which was at $7.97/bag. After checking with her manager for approval, she was happy to match the price to $1.50/bag and allowed me to buy ten bags. A gentleman associate, whose name escaped me, helped load them in my car trunk. I had an unexpected problem when my pregnant wife accidently locked herself out of our car. I apologized to the gentleman for this inconvenience and had him bring those items back in store while I called roadside assistance. Fortunately, we then found out one of the car doors was not locked and used it to get in and pull up the car to the store exit door so that the gentleman could help load up the soil bags. Overall, Amy and he were super nice, friendly, helpful and patient to me. I very much appreciate their help and this experience encourages me to shop more often at this Home Depot location.

No customer service, worst than terrible, will NOT SHOP this store again

Got great service from Debbie. She walked with me to the area where the parts were and assisted me with my questions.

This store is the best Home Depot I have every shopped in. I prefer it to any other home improvement type store. Great people and an extremely high level of service every time I go there.

We had a great experience working with Adair Michael in the appliance area. She listened to our needs and sold us the exact appliances that were best for us.

This store had very helpful employees and went above the call of duty to help me locate my products.

Home Depot is a great place to shop and spend time getting ideas for home improvement.

The store was clean. Had hand sanitizer as I walked in and I think there were also masks if you didnt have one of your own. I was able to find what I was looking for thanks to the help and patience of your employee, Adair Michael. As a senior, I do not very often visit home improvement stores, but was amazed at all the products you carried that I could use. I will be back. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Store was neat and clean. All pandemic rules were followed. Associates were all wearing masks. Found exactly what I wanted with the expert help Adair in appliances. I made an excellent purchase. Couldn't be happier with this store.

There are many things that make up a GREAT shopping experience. The friendly employees, the over-all appearance of the store and how clean it feels are the first things noticed. Do you feel like you are going on a safari or did you find what you are looking for with ease? Did an assistant pop up at just the proper time and give you an education about the product you wanted to buy? Did you leave with a smile on your face because you got everything you want? There’s a special customer service worker that goes above and beyond to help her customers receive the utmost service one can offer. Adair if you can see this I’d like to thank you from the bottom of my heart. This is our second appliance purchased from you. We bought a stove a week before mom passed almost 2 weeks later the washer went out. You have made both purchases a pleasure to buy even though it’s been an expensive 3 weeks. Not something one should deal with just after losing a loved one. Adair is honest, and knows what she’s doing. Highly recommended!

Store generally has what I need. I like it better than the other area stores.

Associates in appliances were fantastic! There were tons of people there to buy appliances and there were enough associates to help them all and were VERY nice. I don't often use this particular Home Depot but I would probably go the extra miles next time.

Very knowledgeable employees and helpful. Clean store and well stocked. Will be visiting again soon.
