We had such a great experience here. Even though they did not have the Refrigerator we wanted, we found one that met our needs thanks to Adair going above and beyond to find us the right one. Thank you Adair for such a great experience!

We enjoy shopping here because of its cleanliness & ease of finding products. Even the restroom was clean! We have always had a good shopping experience due to attentive store associates who were knowledgeable about products or, if not, they found someone else who could help. It's a pleasure to shop here.

This store is so friendly with their employees. If someone walks by they will ask if you need help. My Home Depot app wasn't working correctly one day, and the employee at service desk helped me immediately. The floor and blinds department have wonderful employees to help you in every way to get what you need.

This store is always well staffed and knowledgeable. But more importantly they are friendly and willing to help and make sure you get what you need or answer what you can do to fix the issue your having. Bottom line they care about you being there.

Ask for Jordan -- super helpful and has a great attitude. I appreciate all the help and his kindness.

Immediate greetings from lots of smiling faces, everybody was friendly and helpful.

I trade at the Hoover, AL, store frequently because it has almost everything I need. If they don't have the item, they can either order it for me or check other stores' inventory. The employees are friendly and helpful, which is especially important to those of us who shop for our husbands and have no idea where to start looking for the part or item I was sent after.

The Inverness store is the role model for HD customer service. Namely, Adair. Adair leaned into our appliance project like a BOSS. Moreover, Adair has a knowledge of the process and a thorough and thoughtful approach to making the complex feel easy breezy. It was as if we were extras in a HD customer service training video. Need appliances and some earnest coaching on how to do it -- go see Adair!

Kim in appliances is wonderful to work with. She helped my wife and Iband tool time to explain our options. Jessica behind the service desk was very helpful and patience with a difficult transaction. Great employees at this location!

They have an employee named Shantell Herbert. She is soooo very helpful and nice. If every business had an employee like her the world would be a better place.

Enjoyed shopping on Mother’s Day with the kind associates. They went out of their way to help me and show me where the items I needed were on the shelf. Check out was a breeze with Toni and enjoyed talking to her.

Very friendly & knowledgeable employees!

You can shop online and/or by phone but it doesn't always work out. In person shopping at this Home Depot was the only way to go in buying a major appliance. The Customer Service department was friendly and helpful and the sales person was awesome. Very knowledgeable and dedicated to her customers. I would definitely recommend Home Depot Inverness store, Birmingham, AL

Great price on pine bark mulch and very helpful staff at the register and out in the yard with their assistance in loading!

The Inverness store was very helpful to me in the appliance department buying a new washer and dryer. The sales person was excellent explaining all options and did not put any pressure on me to buy. All of the employees I came in contact at the store with were courteous and helpful.

This store is always clean and the Associate adair in the Appliance section is literally the subject matter expert with anything that goes into your kitchen or laundry room. I do believe that I have a new aunt now because of her lol

The employees/managers were considerate, helpful, and more than willing to help make our experience great! The store was clean and well stocked . The staff were also concerned and sheltered us in a safe place during the tornado experience. All turned out well.!
