Our family has moved and lived up and down the east coast and with each move it’s a comfort to know that a Home Depot is nearby to help make the transition just a little simpler. Always helpful employees that actually care about your needs. Most of them are experienced DIY homeowners or retired contractors. Im always grateful for their advise and suggestions.

I needed help locating various washer and dryer items and a man named David helped me.

Bought a weed eater and blower kit. Customer service was and has been great every trip in this particular store.

Sandra is the face of what Great Customer Service looks like! Sandra is a supervisor on premise and I appreciate her going above and beyond to assist me with my shopping experience. I will tell others!

Better options exist. Their deliveries are outsourced and like a box of chocolates, you absolutely have no idea what you are going to get. Would have gone with zero stars if allowed.

I love my experience there just not in the paint department. The lady in the paint department won’t let you pull your own paint. She wants to choose it. She was very rude and took people in front of me even though I was there first, besides that the experience from there was great.

The wife sent me to get a security chain for the front door…….over 200 dollars later, I finally found the register. Lol so many items I didn’t know I couldn’t live without!! lol overall great experience until I got back home with the multiple items!! Lol

The Home Depot store at Inverness is the store we go to when we need anything for home improvement needs. The employees at this store know the product locations in the store. They never direct you to a wrong location. They are very friendly and helpful. We never have had a bad experience when shopping here.

We went in to look at countertops never thinking we would purchase them from a big-box store. We met Rachel and she showed us several options. We were surprised at how competitive the prices were to direct suppliers, even lower on some. Rachel’s expertise in knowing how the finished product should look was refreshing. You don't find many people now who care about their job or others enough to invest in either. Her command oroduct, design, layout, and how we wanted the finished product to look gave me and my wife the confidence to trust Home Depot with our order. We are looking forward to the install.

The Home Depot on Highway 280 is our favorite home improvement center, sure, there is another home improvement store down the road, but they ain’t got nothing compared to genuine staff who work together to get the job done, day in and day out, always a highlight to my day to shop at the Home Depot on Highway 280.

Neil at the Pro Desk went above and beyond the call of duty to help make my shopping experience an amazing one.

I was looking for some casters to put on my weight rack, but didn't exactly know how I would attach them. Thankfully a person in Home Depot said, no problem, just use some "self drill" screws for metal. Tada! worked like a charm.

Home Depot is one of the few businesses that actually invest in and value customer service. Even when we had an issue with a time sensitive, missed delivery earlier this year, they went far above and beyond to load a display model on one of their own rental trucks and 2 of the store associates delivered it and set it up at our home and the store OFFERED a discount for their mistake. We were blown away by their generosity and customer focus that we are now lifetime customers and have made several major purchases since. Keep up the great customer service!
