Great Customer Service

Persona on the store has to be a little more training about products and services

Friendly, helpful staff worked quickly to load my car with 38 bags of rock with smiles on their faces.

The only reason why I would recommend this store is because it is close by otherwise customer service sucks

Convenient location. The store has a wide variety of products. Good prices. Store is clean and well organized. Associates are friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. Lots of parking. Will definitely be back.

Horrible service and it is always messy and never clean

Store was well stocked. Items were easy to find. Employees are knowledgeable and very helpful.

The only negative part about this store is that there are never shopping cards available, in the last three times I've been here I have to go and search in the parking lot for a cart.

The pro desk is understafed and employees are overworked Ronni,Edgar and Marcella do the best they can but a over 20 min wait in line is unacceptable management needs to do better job.

This should be a FLAGSHIP store, in the heart of Inglewood, new development, worldwide stadium in the works, attracting people from everywhere...Unfortunately it’s NOT. Customer service in general is LACKLUSTER @ best & @ worst downright RUDE! Building material & equipment rental area is not clean & organized. Need better management! One exception (TWO shining star employees, one in garden I think her name is Maria...and a super friendly, helpful, know her stuff young lady in the paint department!)

The cashier Connie was very rude. I didn't like here customer service, makes me rethink about shopping in that store.
