Very friendly people, I always have good visits.

Paint department team members Nono & JP provide excellent customer service for my front yard center walkway & side walkway path project. Nono saved me with her knowledge & service with providing the proper paint needs for my bricks and walkway. JP saved me by providing service for my walkway bullnose brick topping requiring a special matching paint. Thanks to both Nono (who was so patient with me & my many questions) & JP did likewise with the bullnose brick paint need.

The store was clean. Found everything that I was looking for. I went in to have keys made and the associate was very friendly and nice. I got my keys made and came back in to purchase laundry soap and some other supplies and was greeted by one of your sales associate and he offered me help and I found out that the soap that I wanted the Armour Hammer soap which is regularly $12.97 was on sale for $7. I was very happy and purchase 2 gallons alone with some other items. Self check out was a breeze. Sales associate guided me right to a empty register and check out with no problem. I will only shop at this store. Keep up the good work.

We frequent this store and have encountered many friendly, very helpful staff who go out of their way to help. They have gotten to know us and always greet us and make us feel welcome.

The Home Depot in Inglewood is very nicely organized. Employees seem willing to help and suggest the various tools one needs for the project. Hours are great. Wish coffee was offered.

Everything I needed at the store was truly available everything was nice and it was neat and clean and I would appreciate it to service

It's a good location but often the inventory is a little low and it's difficult to find someone to help you in the aisles but overall I would say that's been the experience everywhere.... cutbacks...

A little frustrated for not getting anyone to cut wood for me but the associate was very helpful amd concerned regarding my situation and tried to get me the assistance I needed, I cut it myself due to time. And the Cashier "Ms. Trina" was super cool, funny and apologetic for my experience. Very nice and professional young lady. Made me feel respected as a customer.

When I was finally assisted. Ryan and Enrique were awesome! Enrique was not assigned to building materials and took the initiative to assist due to the department being short on staff. Ryan assisted me with my item to the vehicle. The cashier, Meltonya was friendly and greeted me with a smile.

Brianna in flooring was very helpful and humble, she even stayed past her lunch hour just to find the floor I was looking for , for my kitchen

The paint associates are super knowledgeable and have guided me in the right direction. One particular associate named Bayo has given me so much knowledge and professional suggestions I feel confident about painting the entire house and possibly remodeling based on how he simplified Certain techniques and how easy it is to do it yourself. Great customer service and fantastic selections.

This store like many in the ghetto are abhorrent. People need to be trained on customer service. Race has nothing to do with how ur day goes. Treat everyone with respect. Cashier refused to take my coupon then couldn’t even count my change back to me after she gave me $95 back in all 5’s.

Everyone was so helpful and nice at this Home Depot!! We went to two others prior to this one. We came in about 30 mins before closing time. The store was neat and organized! Thanks to Daniel in tool center for being soooo helpful!!

Excellent knowledge and helpful service at the pro desk

The worse customer service I received from this store, but I always shopping there. Even so, I am not satisfied I encourage the neighbors to shop we can help our city. Always when I shop I got what I need easily, most of the time I got help if I need, the store is clean.

If you need rain gear just prior to the storm, go earlier than a day before- not many sets of raingear will be stocked, as others stock up appropriately before you. If you're working out of town, take your own, save yourself the tip over the fulcrum of "too late."

Ronecia at the Pro Desk is Money! She understand the money invested in properties and that we are clients let alone customers. She use to be at the Ladera Store. I would hire her to run my properties when I am ready to take a step back. She just gets it. She hustles and muti-tasks. She will get you what you need & out the door because she is not lazy. But pay attention because she will have suggestions that will help you. Thank you Ronecia. Your work ethic does not go unnoticed. This is my first Property where I have branched out to own in Ingelwood. Thank God she is at this store right down the street from my major remodel.

Products here are mostly NEVER easy to find at this store. Missing inventory or not being organized with their inventory causes delays not just to me, but to my workers and projects. Staff are not mostly knowledgeable, staff that needs to be in their department to help the consumer are mostly not around to help and if they are is "not their department". Most staff are friendly and they try to do their best to help even though it may not be their department but even they themselves have trouble finding the items even if its listed that they have it in their inventory.

The worst customer service ever.

I wouldn’t recommend any of these stores to anyone. You can NOT get help from any of the employees walking around on their phones and talking amongst themselves. The CUSTOMER’S help each other. The employees that’s there is a waste of space and enjoying a paycheck that they didn’t work for...SHAMEFUL

This store generally has poor customer service. However, my visit today changed my opinion. VICKY at the returns desk was very helpful and friendly. Usually management in this store and similar demographic areas are sticklers about having your receipt. But today VICKY completed my return transaction with no receipt and offered me a tip to register for pro membership. This will allow me to use my phone number instead of having a receipt for the next time. Thanks for outstanding service!!

The garden department was clean

Really clean and well stocked. Great experience for a change.
