I found what I was looking most of the time .If not I will ask one of your associates and He or She would direct where to find the item I needed. The store was very clean and the associates where helpful and friendly .

Good store. Plenty of parking near the entrance. Not much foot traffic so navigation and checkout is fairly quick

Overall, a great store. My one issue is with product being accessible. I often need 50 gallon water heaters, and half the time I need to have an employee get one down from a shelf. The space for them on the floor is either empty, or full of another size water heater. The Imperial Beach store does not seem to have the same issues. Perhaps some cross training is warranted?

VERY FRUSTRATING that they are constantly moving stuff around. A HUGE waste of time to constantly having to ask where things were moved to. Even the associates are frustrated, as a professional I need to be able to get in and out as quick as possible, having to find an associate who knows where something was moved to, then trying to find the item in that new area.

The employee at garden center LeToya was very helpful and answered our questions and concerns. She had a a lot of knowledge and was super friendly in addressing what was asked

I always go to this Home Depot because it’s close to where I live and because employees are friendly and there’s always someone to assist me. I always have a great visit when I shop there.

I really enjoy this store and I feel like I know people there since I go so often. I want to give a big thank you to the milkworks/ door department to nick. He has been a great help at all of my door needs and it’s great to see him every time I visit.

During this COVID-19 episode it is refreshing to find individuals working inside who still carry a positive attitude toward customers. I appreciated the help and their insight in selecting a paint color for my home. Bry, Melissa and Evelyn were awesome.

The personnel do not wear the protective mask properly.

Well originally I went to purchase a Milwaukee Impact drill & on your website the price is lower and the product number was exactly the same! So I first spoke to an cashier named Robyn, there and straight up told me “We are not supposed to do it, but to be fair it is indeed the same product. So I really want to help you, so we are gonna go ahead and do it this time ok” Stuff like that just makes me want to return, I appreciate that the employees listen to their customers. The fact that she didn’t even try argue just made me happy with my purchase considering it’s $360, and expect me to come back. I would like to thank Home Depot, and all of its employees! Keep up the good work and good job on keeping the store neat, and organized! THANK YOU!

Robyn who checked me out was great, she worked with me through a discount that was promised in paint, but not relayed to the registrar's and she worked with me to make it happen quickly and efficiently.
