The support in the Paint Department and Hardware Department was very helpful and quickly available. Vinny was especially helpful and friendly in the Paint Department.

I was sent by my husband to look for Morton, never heard of it, but as soon as I ask an associate, he guided me to where it was and even gave me a short description what is use for. I'm not a big fan of hardware stores, but the store was clean and easy to find the things I was looking for. I was very impressed when when an associate at self checkout approached me and asked if I found everything I need and he could help me with the transaction. I was impressed because in other stores at self check out no one usually helps you, but here was different. Jesus, the cashier associate went ahead and help me with the transaction and at the end he thank me for shopping there. For sure was something different.

Overall employees are awesome! However, water heaters are difficult to get. The ones I use (Rheem 40 and 50 gallon, gas, 9 year warranty) are becoming more and more difficult to find in the store, and are often only available on an upper shelf requiring help from an associate. Big waste of my time.

The only complaint is that when doing a return there is only 1 register open, and the line goes down to garden. The employees stand around talking to one another rather then acknowledging and helping customers. Even just letting customers know 'hey we are short and someone will be with you'. Just the acknowledging us would be great. Better customer service with some of the employees would be a plus, also.

The help from the store representative (Johnny) in the Paint Department was excellent and friendly.

This, and every Home Depot I’ve been to, has really helpful and happy employees that go out of their way to help you. I love HD <3

Great service from Joshua T. in plumbing! As with most stores, you have to be careful taking parts out of bins because customers put things back in the wrong bins. I ended up with a 2" to 1 1/2" coupler for ABS because I just grabbed one from the 2" to 2" coupler bin without examining it closely.

Mr. August was AWESOME. I was looking for a product and he recommended a BETTER product with LESS repairs needed. That's ***** FIVE STARS from me allllll day long.

I like this store especially during the week due to the l knowledgeable and friendly staff. I live in Chula Vista and am almost equal distant from three Home Depot stores. Between Imperial Beach, H street CV and Marketplace I find the staff large the inventory better and the check out process the most professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I use the Home Depot app to locate and check price and inventory for my needs. I am happy to say the the Marketplace store maintains the best record of accuracy when using the appication. I am a professional that has needs in all aspects of the building, maintenance and repairs related to both commercial and residential properties.

Several times I go here and the people are very friendly and will go beyond to help you and I highly recommend this store but the only thing they just need to stock up the inventory more and because so many people go here that they out of stock all the time. Tracy in Pro desk is so very helpful and others too many too mention but the staff is very friendly and like asking questions because they are so knowledgeable due to there experience. I am so satisfied coming here and I am a lifetime Home Depot customer for years now and in the future.....I hope by writing this review the management could take time to tell there staff that we appreciate all the things that they do for us when we are shopping there.

It was a pleasure shopping at Home Depot. The employee and cashier were helpful and friendly! There was not a lot of stuff in the isles and was able to move around easily and safely..

Try to use hd gift card to purchase other gift cards for Christmas but was denied. Doesn't state that on back of card.

Overall 5 stars . The cleanliness of the store is AMAZING. The layout has improved.. But the major downside is EMPLOYEES with the lack of customer service throughout the store. The lines are longer then normal, the checkout rate is much slower, the knowledge of employees is below average. Some employees are rude, and don't want to help you. I've called to check on products and waited longer then 15 minutes and then gotten hung up on then transferred back and forth, like no body wants to answer or help. And sometimes the phones don't get answered. Some employees say one thing and another say something else, nothing is ever consistent.. Customer Service (acknowledging customers) is the one attribute the employees need.

They have the best customer service. If you're looking for great customer service ask for Nick at ext. 412. He goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

Returning an item the cashier Annie Lou was great. She couldn’t find my item I was returning without packaging. She asked for help from her manager, nei. Her manager took two seconds to look at the item, tell me they don’t carry it and to rudely shove the item back to me. I within a minute had the product on the app showing which isle it was on in the store. The manager did nothing to help make this a seamless convenient experience. She was rude and abrupt, never introduced herself or apologized.

I was not able to get assistance the customer service at this store has gone from bad to worse Maria sales associate lazy obviously not wanting to be there did want to look up a product pretending not to know anything literally I had to go a couple of feet from the service desk and take a picture of the product SKU so she can attempt to do her job

the carts are always stocked and accessible and every employee is willing to help.

The employees were very helpful and the Garden dept was fully stocked

The product that i was looking for is easy to find. If i needed assistant i will look for somedy else. the store is clean and the associates are friendly and helpfull.
