Nothing less than great

I went to buy a shed for my husband yesterday. I knew nothing about sheds and sizes. I was interested in buying a shed for my husband to have as a man cave. The sale person at the HYDE PARK location was hopefully and very patient with helping towards my decision making. Thank you home depot I cant wait till the shed is delivered

The salesperson in appliances does not know what he's doing, be sure to ask for a Senior Sales Associate before making your final purchase

Parking can be somewhat challenging when there are car shows going on. Once inside, the products needed were easy to find.

I go in to buy a few items. They're all out of Terro Liquid Ant Baits. I go to the caulking section. A chubby guy and a girl are restocking the shelves. They're standing in front of the caulking I am attempting to buy. One of them has music playing from their phone and the song is laced with profanities. They see me standing there waiting but don't move and don't ask if I need assistance and so I have to reach around the rolling ladder and the girl's legs to grab a tube of caulking. They ignored me as I did this. So very rude. I also need roofing tiles. I ask where they are and am told to check lawn & garden. I go there and am looking around. There's a guy on a forklift and another guy helping him. They're joking around and don't ask me if I need help. I couldn't find the roofing tiles, either. I'll buy them somewhere else as it seems they don't have them at Home Depot.

Always calling for cashiers that they don't have..

Store was clean and organized. Good sales. Some helpful hints on products and procedures.

They have good customer service. I'm satisfied.:).

The hardware sections at the home deport stores needs to be overhauled to improve efficiency and prevent pilfering and theft.

Got assistance as soon as I entered store. Made my purchase and was assisted to my van, loaded up and on my way.

They know where everything is located I search high and lowe found what i was looking for haha but I love homedepot

Attentive, concerned, kind: compared to my expectation when I saw the line overflowing at entry THEN to come back to checkout, and have the checker come out to met me in the once full aisle way, greet me with a smile, relieve me of my purchase items and direct me to her register far exceeded my expectations of this visit to Home Depot.

The store was clean the employees were the most helpful employees in any home improvement store that I have been in and that includes Lowes

I had trouble finding help, but the sales rep in the flower/plant section made up for the trouble I had in the beginning.

There were associates EVERYWHERE! And they didn't run away when I had a question! There were also people CLEANING all over the store as I was shopping! And they have lots of self-checkout if you want to use them! And always several registers open at the same time! This store has had a vast turnaround from a few years ago! I ordered a 50-pound sack of sand and 25 pounds of plaster of Paris online. When I arrived to pick it up, I grabbed a cart. When I reached the pick-up desk, the associate opened a closet and wheeled out a cart containing my order. She asked if I needed assistance loading my car, and since it was a sizzling hot day, she also offered me a bottle of water. Great customer service!

I really appreciate the helpfulness of the personnel at this store. They save me so much time by being available and helpful. Their friendliness is a huge bonus!

The store is nice and very clean and the sales lady is great

It was the staff that made the visit to the store fun and easy to navigate. Everyone was helpful and some had the best personalities. Putting smiles on customers faces. It is nice to have people actually available to help you without having to hunt someone down. They also actually had knowledge of the store. The prices at Home Depot is why my aunt and I actually decided to go to this store. Good choice.
