Fastest trip in record time!! Le is now my favorite cashier!!

Le Neal was excellant from the time I came n the store lost she quickly sent me to plumming with clear directions!! Shes the best Dec coming back love her speedy service and smile!!! Great customer service!!! Good job homedepot! I definitely look for her each visit!!

This store would rather announce how many credit card signups they have versus actually helping you. The tool rental is super, but the main store has it's challenges. Selection is limited versus stores in other areas. I suppose they stock for a certain SES.

the store is stocked well not enough and usually sent to the wrong isle the begger in front of the store and finally the street vendors selling food and merchandise taking away from the store food vendor

The store was clean,the product were easily located. The staff was courtious and friendly.

The employess are good. But the store is understaffed. However being as tasked as these employees were they smiled and did their best. Bless them☺

As a long time customer at {The Home Depot #1039} I know were to go to get just about any product I need without assistance but they are there if needed. Yes the store is clean for the most time.

Most of the people I encountered today was friendly and helpful. Got some good Halloween bargains.

Osmond was the most helpful employee I have ever dealt with at any store. He took time to explain things to me and made me feel comfortable - he is the only reason I will continue to shop at Home Depot. Really cool experience.

In today's world there are so many shows that say "You can do it yourself ", there's only one problem with that, what about if a person doesn't know what to do? or Where to start, at my local Home Depot is always someone there that can show you what to do. At my local store at Home Depot in Hyde Park you're greeted with a smile, and they have special people: for an example: they have a cashier Curmetrea her line, always goes fast, and is greeted with a smile. Thanks Home Depot!!!!

I was able to find the products I was looking for and get assistance with electing paint. The store was very clean and organized. All of the associates i came in contact with were very friendly.

The Home Depot is a one stop shop store where you can buy all you need for construction, house remodeling with a good refinancing option.

I have been so pleased shopping in the Hyde Park Home Depot--#1039. The staff are friendly and if they don't know the answer to my question, they go and find someone who can answer my question. Once I found the person in plumbing who knows plumbing, he was exceptional in his knowledge and was patient in explaining tankless water heaters to me. I have been amazed at how efficient the staff at check out and at returns are. More importantly they are pleasant and they listen and respect me as I check out or make returns. I don't know how they all stay pleasant--there are so many things going on and they stay calm and pleasant. Excellent service.

I am venturing into a new area of nature this year and I was in need of some soil. I went to the plant section and had multiple options to choose from. The large soil and potting mix was out front and easy to get to. This made my time well spent because I was with my niece and nephew who is teaching me the value of patience. Great Experience. Customer service was also awesome (illustrated example- pleasant personality, smiles, youthful and diverse).

This store is a hit and miss. My family and I visit the store today to work on a project. We needed to visit several departments in order to obtain all the supplies needed. We visit the wood department and Lamont was extremely helpful he went above and beyond his duties. He worked really hard to make sure our wood was cut to the correct size and assisted us with obtaining the proper Kind of wood for Our project. Quincy and Alan was also very helpful. Quincy was very patient and extremely helpful. They were about the most descent sales associates there. Every one has a very non-chalant attitude and we're not helpful.

Always have what I need. Friendly and helpful cashiers. Always come back to this location

To be a store that's inner city, from what I saw, this store is fully stocked and for the most part, the employees are pretty kool.
