Ordered on line. Received email saying order was ready for curb side pick up (which took 2 days to get). Long and inefficient line at curb side pick up. When help finally arrived, they brought out the wrong items and missing items.

The store is fine overall, but I was very dissatisfied with my delivery order. They had 5 days to get 30 2x4s ready to go on the truck with the 2 lvl beams I ordered. Beams come, no 2x4s. I call and the woman tells me they weren’t ready this morning and the delivery driver refused to wait for them. I sit on hold for over 35 minutes and I’m transferred 3 times. Finally talk to a manager who says he’s transferring me to delivery guy and the call disconnects. I called back and it disconnected again while I was on hold more. Had to schedule a second delivery (Before being transferred) and now my project is behind schedule.

The store is well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Don't purchase anything you need if you are paying for delivery. They will take your money, schedule a delivery date and then just not deliver your product. If the delivery doesn't happen, they don't call you or email you. They just expect you to be okay with them holding on to your money and whatever product you've already paid for.

If you are looking for an excellent kitchen designer, request Cheryl in the kitchen design center at this store for your designer. She is friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I highly recommend her.

Came for fertilizer and couldn’t figure out the right one, ran into young gentleman julias and he was so helpful he broke down all the basics for me I’ve been shopping at home depot for 30 years and this was the greatest experience ever. One has to call for help to get assistance on the floor. It seems that there not people with assigned aisles to help customers

We're remodeling our kitchen. We use this Home Depot routinely for home purchases, so we decided to check on the kitchen remodeling and design options. We worked with a consultant, Cheryl, and she was absolutely the best - clear, specific about what options were available and related costs, what might work for us and what probably would not. She was not just a design consultant, she was also a guide to the entire process. I can't recommend using her services too highly - she was the best! I've purchased other home improvement items from Home Depot (custom bathroom cabinets for two bathroom remodels) in the past, and those consultants were also great but it was long ago, so leaving a review wasn't a "thing" at that time. If it had been, I'd have left 5 star reviews for those experiences as well, so highly recommend Home Depot kitchen/bath consulting if you're doing a remodel!

I never write any review about or for anything or anyone but I need to do it this time because Ricardo Marquez deserves it. He helped me with one and half year old messed transaction when I spent almost $ 200 tool, and received $ 25 faucet, then got run around for year and half to get my money back. Ask help from Ricardo Marquez, he will help you with above and beyond also the extra miles while other think you are crazy and lie to them.

I was thoroughly impressed by Frank and David upon arriving and if I could have a couple of my employees greet new customers with the same enthusiasm and realism I would have them do it ! A customer can tell when a greeting is sincere or just animated, and a customer can feel whether a potential customer is being greeted because the employee really appreciates them coming or they are just earning a paycheck, I got a sincere feeling from these two. When I was leaving David was helping an elderly lady but when he saw my many bags of mulch he "asked" me please not to load my car and let him do it which I appreciate since I am over 80, and Frank came over and helped.....just a couple if great guys you should be glad to have working there!

I have shopped at the Falls Church store and the Richmond Highway (Hybla Valley) store. I find the Richmond Highway store personnel to be more readily available and helpful.

Self-checkout lanes suck!! If I wanted to do this, I’d get a job at HD so you’d have to pay me! Staff is very friendly.
