Eben helped me today and he was very helpful, knowledgeable and I really appreciate him taking time to answer my questions without rushing me through them.

Yira with the electrical department was extremely rude and unprofessional. She acted like I was bothering her when I asked her where I could find a certain electrical tool. N other customers were around and she didn't seem overwhelmed. Maybe she was having a bad day but she should not take this out on a loyal customers who shops here about everyday. This is unacceptable. If you don't like your job quit or you will make the whole company look bad.

Did not give 5 stars because Home Depot is selective on giving the military discount on all items. They are under the impression that electrical and plumbing are items for professionals. I am a home owner and I do almost all my repairs without having to contract a contractor.

Everything was perfect and beyond discription.

Need more friendly staff. Treat the customer like a friend. Service should be warm and welcoming to everyone. Please treat everyone same. God bless you.

The cashiers are great, and the environment is clean. Excellent Job Home Depot. I like to give recognition to cashier name "Dorothy" who provide me a great check-out service. I have had several visits where there are aisles being blocked off, but there was no material movement or forklifts in use in the area. The most recent visit there were three aisles were blocked off. However, I was able to get to the bay in the back of the store by walking down another aisle, proving that there was no reason to have the aisles blocked off for "safety reasons". No forklift or any HD employees were in the area. This time I was able to navigate around the gates blocking so I could get what I came into the store for. Other times, I took my butt up the road to "Big Blue" to complete the purchase. HD's loss.

AN EXCELLENT STORE IN THIS AREA.

This Home Depot is always organized and well stocked. The employees are friendly, helpful and professional. I love coming to this store even though I have stores that are closer to where I live.

Store clean easy to park. Got in and got out. Refund process was EXCELLENT.

Ordered a ladder online, few hours later called the store to check on my order to make sure its in stock, waited for a long period ( over 20min to have a customer service rep answer ) and he refused to check the product availability because he said they were very busy, transferred me to the lumber department and no one answered or followed up . The item ended up bieng out of stock since they failed to update there inventory online.

Outstanding customer service and Lokey for a home depot, i preferred this one in area if i need anything obscure or out of the ordinary.

Store was clean. I felt safe. Flooring department employees are so helpful!
