I was able to purchase a refrigerator today because the salesperson was exceptional at her job and an expert in the options and features all appliances.

Was so much easier to request an installation for our fence job. They called right away. They came out right away. The company that you contract with were easy to deal with. Answered all my questions. Their staff were pleasant. The job was done correctly and done as requested. Would use Home Depots Installation request site again. Thank you.

I got some discrepancy in appliances delivery and Mr. Jerome went above and beyond to fix that issue. He showed great professionalism and excellent customer dealing skills. He is the best! Thanks

My husband and I went to Home Depot in Alexandria, VA 22306. We needed to cut some wood, so I asked the cashier to call someone to assist us. He did, and he helped us very much. His name is Nelson H. As I saw on his apron, he wore glasses. He is professional in his job as he cuts the wood very precisely, is patient, is helpful, and respects customers. I was really glad to see this guy. I asked the manager of the company to announce our THANK YOU. Nelson H. You are the best one. I appreciate your attention.

I was in search of a reindeer for my Christmas display. Connie in lawn and garden helped me find this product and even called me back to let me know I could pick it up. Everyone was very kind and helpful.

This is a well managed store. There are a few managers who make this place hum and I can tell them employees appreciate them. Thanks to Michael for his care abs help finding parts we needed to complete a project and, when we could not find a few in their stock, arranged for a pickup at a nearby Home Depot.

Quantity and quality of employees has improved significantly in the last three years.

Visited Home Depot Hyba Valley and was very impressed with how helpful everyone was. From the moment we were greeted, we were told exactly who to see by name to help with lighting then went on to find several other items asking at least 5 employees where to find items. Each were spot on. Deb in plumbing even went out of her way to find us to make sure we got plumbers puddy which had been empty on the shelf. Excellent service!

I was placing a Cambria order, and Cheryl was working that day. She was a helpful, knowledgeable, easy to work with, and fun to talk to you. She even help me find a discount that I hadn’t been aware of. Which saved me a lot of money. I would definitely go back for countertops or other kitchen design purchases from Cheryl. Making a big purchase can be stressful but she made it pleasant, easy, and she was efficient.

It was absolutely the worst experience shopping in that store I was disrespected treated and differently I was told the wrong place to go to find what I was looking for by two associates the one that I’m writing about now not only told me the wrong place and when I came back to him he was condescending and disrespectful The manager was nice but the conversation with him was also very flat I got the sense that he wasn’t going to do anything about my ordeal or my experience I got a strong sense of that which is why the associates believe and know that they can treat customers in America in which they treated me they know nothing will happen to them

Thank you for the military service discount. Customer service is lacking in this store. Employees need to be friendlier, appreciate customers asking questions and location of products, and appreciate military service men and women.

This Home Depot has a very friendly atmosphere with knowledgeable employees that really helps you get your projects done. I bet on them and won!

I would only recommend this story if Cheryl Via is your customer service representative. She works in counters, but she helped us with counters, appliances, and more. I felt like she was not "selling" instead she was "serving". She far exceeded the expectations that I have come to expect lately from a big box store. 5 stars for Cheryl! 3 stars for our other experiences at that store.

Kitchen Designer, Cheryl, is very good, excellent! She explored all the options, utilized a challenging foot print very thoroughly and making best use of space and kept aesthetics very nice. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. Great customer service! We highly recommend her.

Employees are great. But buyer beware. I purchased a toilet seat. When I got it home, and opened it, it was someone’s old soiled toilet seat. Customer service needs to inspect returns better to ensure the product can be resold.
