I needed a bunch of flooring that I thought I was going to have to find and take care of myself. A worker called Dutch loaded everything for me though, and it was quite a bit. He was very polite and helpful to me

I needed help finding a new faucet to fix my shower. I wasn’t sure what would fit. I tried to find someone working in that area. A man that works there saw me and came over to ask if I needed help, even though he was working in another part of the store and was clearly busy. His name was Dutch. He helped me find a great faucet that’s even better than what I was looking for. Thanks to him. Much appreciated

I was needing some heater vent covers because mine are rusted. I wanted something that wouldn’t rust. Your employee, Dutch, helped me find some plastic ones that fit my needs and that won’t rust. I appreciate his help because I didn’t even know they had plastic ones, and he was able to go above and beyond to make sure I left happy

I was needing help finding the flooring and shelving that I wanted. There was a nice man, Dutch, who saw I needed assistance and stopped what he was doing to come over and help me. He was very polite and stayed with me and helped me get everything I needed. He even helped me load it for me after I paid. We had a special order of 48 tile that we ordered online. However, we were only able to take half the amount when we got to your store. We were told that would be fine. This man, Dutch helped us greatly by separating out the 24 tile that we were buying out of the cases and loaded it onto our cart for us. We appreciated him accommodating our needs and being polite about it

I needed help with buying a tool chest, and Dutch offered his assistance when he noticed me looking around. He answered all of my questions and I got exactly what I needed. He also politely offered to help load it. Very professional and respectful towards me. If you are looking to do home projects then Home Depot is the place to shop. They have such a variety of products in the store and much more online. Typically service is friendly and prices are very reasonable.

Sweetest employees, who are hard working and willing to go the extra mile for their customers. Every time I go to this store it is a great experience! It is clean, and most of the time everything is in stock; they are doing a great job here!

Rude cashiers! I searched for ever for assistance just to be told the man in that area was on break. The floor employees could not answer any of my questions. When the employee covering that area returned he could not answer my questions either. Poor service.

Upon entering the store and asking for assistance I was not told to go to a certain isle but an associate came forward and was ready to assist me. Your question about a nickname is stupid. I tried ti indicate I don't have a nickname. You probab ly will not get this survey because it won't accept what I put in the nickname column.

Cashier would not honor veteran discount and indicated take it or leave it.

This store was friendly and very helpful. The only reason it was a four star rating is that it took us 15 minutes for us to find someone to help us. However, once we did they were quick and helpful.

Michelle the assistant manager was very helpful in resolving previous problems and mistakes made by associates. Due to Michelle's commitment and diligence in correcting the issues, I would recommend shopping at this location and will continue to frequent this location myself..

Don't count on any employees to ask if you need direction. Early morning cash registers are self serve, unless you have buckets that they need to look between in case of theft.

No ridgecap or side ridge connectors or vertical closure strips for the polycarbonate roofing. Everything else was incredibly great!

Took forever to get help from an associate. Two associates finally came to assist, then left and had to be paged to return. They showed 11 chairs in stock for a patio set I was buying but could only find five. Teays Valley had additional chairs but we would've had to go pick up the chair. I ended up getting five chairs and one odd ball that was the best match to the set I purchased. The price for it was over double of the other ones. We asked for a discount and was informed they couldbn't do that. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Everyone was so friendly and helpful, went above and beyond to help us. The store was clean, neat and well stocked. What a great place to shop! Highly recommend this store.

Employees are not the best in helping you, they are too busy socializing with each other. I would drive to the Teays Valley Home Depot - much better service.

This store is easily laid out, and the employees are quite friendly. Normally around when I need advice or assistance in finding something. The store is very clean and stocked really well. The associates are quite friendly, and kind.

Store employees really need to offer assistance more to shoppers.
