Very helpful staff.. I dealt with Wes and Sam in selecting blinds for our house and cut it them to size. They were very friendly and professional.

The best customer service I have ever received at a Home Improvement Store. Lumber is top quality. I like that the garden center area is most often open for stone and other purchases.

Overall not a bad store. Certainly has an impressive inventory. I would rate the service "fair." However, the quality of the lumber is often poor. Many pieces have defects such as severe warping, and an excessive number of knots. Also, it frequently isn't shaped quite right because of poor quality control at the sawmill. For example, corners that are supposed to be square aren't , and surfaces that are supposed to be flat and relatively smooth, have deep gashes from the saw blade or are wavy.

I love using my computer to create my list of things I need. Then when at the store I can use the android app to go right where the products on my list are. Makes it all quick and easy.

I just wanted to say y’all have a very respectful gentleman I believe his name is Dutch he was at the service desk by himself and he was able to get the line moving pretty fast even while having a difficult customer that was very rude he went beyond and above even though the lady was pretty rude I told him I would give him a good rating because he deserves it !!!

I just wanted to say kudos do the young man Dutch at the customer service desk he had a very Difficult customer and I swear he stayed professional not once showed any hint of aggravation no matter how many times the lady kept messing up and not understanding I told him I would definitely give him a good score and do a survey on him he was very polite and quick to help me THANK YOU !!!!

I was having trouble using the self check out I believe his name was Dutch he came and helped me use the machine because it kept showing up error which he walked me thru the process and he was very polite and friendly I will definitely be back to shop again

I bought a grill online an came to pick it up When my husband notice that they gave me the wrong grill and the price was cheaper A worker named Dutch working the service desk was able to help me return my online item and purchase the one that was giving to me THANKS

I came across an employee in paint and asked if he could help me out. I was looking for wall hooks that stick on and won’t tear up my walls. He wasn’t sure at first but he went to the tool aisle and actually found them. Neither myself nor my daughter saw them, and we walked up every aisle. I’m very thankful to Dutch for taking the time to help me

My central air went out in my home, so I made an emergency trip to Home Depot to buy a window unit and some fans to do until it gets fixed. After looking, I went to talk to someone about options. Dutch told me about the Home Depot credit cards. He helped me apply, and I got accepted for enough to cover everything I needed that day. I very much appreciate his help so my family will be able to be cool in this summer heat!! The next time I need help, I will be asking for Dutch!

I was having trouble trying to find something in the store I wanted to buy for Father’s Day. Dutch helped me look, and then when we didn’t find it, he told me I could order it online, and that it was even on sale buying it that way. He brought me over and went step by step through the process with me, found what I needed, and got it ordered. He also said that if I ever needed help again with an online order or anything, just let him know. He was extremely polite and helpful and made my day!

An employee named Dutch help me find the right riding mower he showed me on the computer and set everything up he also showed me One that was better then the one I was looking at with a better deal much cheaper so I saved money and he was very helpful and set it up so my son could pick it up for me later that night .... I want to Thank him very much

The products were difficult to find. There was not help available when I needed it. When I did get help, the man wasn’t rude, but wasn’t very friendly either. The store was clean and the checkout went smoothly

We have gone to this Home Depot for years. The associates are very helpful and friendly. They ask to help find items one needs which makes getting out of the store with time to spare. The store itself is clean and uncluttered which makes shopping a pleasure.

Unless Home Depot improves their military discount policy, I will not make any further purchases. I felt insulted by cashier clerk. I showed her my drivers license which has armed forces directly on it and basically was not one of the company’s required proof of ID. STATE ISSUED DRIVER LICENSE which displays my affiliation with the armed forces is not proof enough for 10% military discount??? I had to take official discharge paper to have this printed on my driver’s license. Furthermore, for those that have served to protect our country, this is the treatment we get in return! Home Depot, you should be ashamed!
