Spent three hours identifying items needed and put on an order. Special service associate Alyssa saved the day by building quote when no one else was available.

First I did my price check of all the stores not only did they have best prices every thing was in stock, arrived at my Home Depot as I walked in I could tell immediately that it was stocked full employees where everywhere putting up inventory straightening shelves, I stoped at customer service asked where I would find what I came for she smiled real big and told me exactly where it was I thanked her and took care of business on the way out she asked if I wanted help loading it. Good job Home Depot.

Bought a live Christmas tree on Christmas Eve and they charged full price for a half dead tree that they were going to give away the day after Christmas. It was needed desperately for a good cause but I should have just kept driving somewhere else. Mistake that I will not make again.

They do not follow their posted hours and the manager I spoke with on the phone was very smug and cocky. I find it amusing that store management has an attitude on the phone. I doubt he would do the same in person, but as they say a fish rots from the head, and this store is rotten.

Very attentive to your needs. Have purchased many items from this store for my home. Each time I have needed help or a item the manager will see to it that they will order and see that I receive needed material.

Assistance is always readily available. Items are marked and priced clearly. Employees are very courteous.

We went looking for a new clothes Washer today, and a young man in front counter directed us to the back of the store were the appliances were. We looked for a few minutes, when the sales lady came by to see if she could help. She was excellent. Very pleasant, friendly and very knowledgeable about the appliances. She was such a pleasure to deal with. When my dryer quits, about 18yrs old, I will go back to see Mary Clayborn. Everyone we spoke to was very pleasant.

I spoke with a manager, Michelle, to tell her how well pleased I was with my experience. She, like the employees who helped me, was very gracious.
