Good clean store. Everybody is helpful. Salvador at the pro service desk is always helpful and fast. Plumbing needs organizing.

Horrible workers and sketchy lost tech no help at all worst location no deals on black Friday..

The store is usually under staffed and it takes a long time to get someone to a department when we ask for help.

I have been costumer on this store for the last 7 years sometimes going to the store around 6 trips in one day, I know the crew, what I like the most they treat me as another one of them, they are efficient, clean, knowledgeable, understandable and friendly.

Very Convenient store but the workers there always think someone is about to steal so they call lost tech especially if you are AA.

There are always MORE CLOSED CASH REGISTERS THAN OPEN ONES. Slow zombie-like employees that just don't care.

Emplyees hide, pretend not to see you. Always in a rush when you ask for assistance.

Couldn't find parts that I required and nor could I find customer support on the floor, not even one that was busy with a customer. Check-out lines a mess !! only two open cash registers and four self check out stands. Home Depot, you want me to self check out than pay me, I am not your employee, get more humans to work the check out stands. Bring back the local hardware stores.

The staff is very friendly, but not as well stocked as the Downey location.

Great service at check out by "Kimberly" the cashier, very friendly and helpful.

Subject line says it all! I don't know who did the hiring at this store but the hiring manager should be examined for poor judgement because 98% of the employees in that day did not demonstrate one ounce of customer service and I was in there for over 1.5 hours.

Stopped in for a fan I asked an employee for a price as not a lot of the items had price tags. She walked away telling me she'd help. We waited for nearly 30mins before I asked a different employee who just pointed at self check out. The store wasent busy at all employees were kicking back no one wanted to help us first time at this location definitely makes me regret not driving to my downy home depot

I found everything I was looking for and when I asked for help, the lady was very nice and took the time to help me. Also the cashier was very fast and nice.

Great store! all of my plants were from here got dream garden from here and more! i'm usually here every friday before (or after) work to buy new plants or trees and fertilizers i am very into my plants and the rewards from the fruits they bear and rewarding. so come on down here!

Great store with tons of stuff but the associates can use a bit more training, not all but some of them either have no clue or act as if they don't have a clue either way still bad. Another thing is the line are always long and not all lanes are open so can be a bit frustrating when you just want to be in and out
