Evelyn Gamboa helped me out I enjoy visiting my community depot store. Thanks for always having items readily available. Thanks to the paint crew ! Especially the young lady with the eye glasses whom and the tattoos, helped me put 5 gallons of paint on my cart (that was awesome! cuz I had surgery and can't pick up stuff yet) and the guy with the long hair. :) thanks team! Viva la Raza

4 girls at the pro desk standing around chit chatting while the regular line had a line and yet CORINA REFUSED to help me.

Very Helpful, polite, and sufficient

I went on 7/12 at 7pm to place an order with betsy for will call on 7/13 at 9am and I went in at 11am and my order was not picked and it was up on a pallet in the garden area. Karyme was not calling anyone to get my order and after 30 minutes she got a forklift driver and the forklift driver did not help us because he was bringing down other stuff and were not for customers. Until we got a manager he told them to bring down our order. We were at depot for 1 hour and 35 minutes. The day of 7/12 when I was going to place my order there were three customer service associates free and Jocelyne looked at me as I was next and went to go play/talk with Pablo. Jocelyne Deborah and karyme are extremely rude and do not have no professionalism!!! Need better training ! The manager on duty names Jesus helped us get our item!

Asked several employees (about 4) regarding an item I was looking for and they redirected me to different isles every single time even after I mentioned I had the sku # they didn’t bother looking for it they just told me isle numbers. In the end only 1 person helped me by actually getting the sku # and looking for the item but I was then told there were none at all even though it showed 13 in stock. I then proceeded to walk around the whole store and ended up finding it in the 1 isle nobody ever mentioned.

The staff at this store is NOT friendly at all.

This Home Depot has great customer service and friendly. Other stores employees tell us " oh if it's not there we don't have it" The workers here take the time took look for our product on their phones and to see if its on a pallet. They guide us to the aisle and help us pick out what we need. They greet us and it makes us feel like we're home. The store was clean and organized. 10/10 most likely to come back.

The two young ladies were very helpful at the garden center. Jasmine and Martha both answered my questions to their best understanding. Would come again! Keep up the good work on the long lines!

Store can do much better on customer experience, customer services and cleanness inside and outside the store, parking lots is so dirty

Diana from Customer Service went out of her way. Way above and beyond from picking up my order yesterday to having to return numerous times after an item was missing and then we found out it was incorrect and had been switched with a lesser cost item, she was so patient and understanding and helped me resolve the issue 100%. This is not the type of service I expected but I am very, very happy and it made a very frustrating experience a positive one, knowing that they helped resolve it.

Great service. And respects the VA discount. Ppl are nice and do not try to over same you items. Respectful.

Not enough shopping carts and they employees are not to knowledgeable.

Rude people work in the customer service area I will just look for another Home Depot

Friendly and helpful staff but items on certain departments need to be better organize.

I would like to recognized the employee by the name of Yonis. He is well knowledge with the products at the store and also goes on and beyond his customer service. My advice is that if you ever go to the Home Depot in Huntington park have Yonis assist with customer service. Thanks!!!

Hey I love these store but some times it takes for ever and ever to get employees to come help us, and lot people don't have time to wait, and they go to other hardware stores, because in renovation time is very valuable, and even i have done it, and left because I'm there like a dummy waiting more than 15 min to up to 40 min, and that makes say "forget this, ill go somewhere else". I'll even tell you guys in person in a meeting

The experience was outstanding," Joselen" from Flooring D59 department is the best! She is the most patient and helpful employee who will continue to help you until your problem is solved. I had trouble finding a Metal wire shelf in a specific size. That's when Joselen stepped in helped me out and she was able to locate the product. Joselen definitely values her customers and will make sure you receive the help you need.

Maria and Patty both did a very good job of making sure I was satisfied to make sure I would bring back my business to HomeDepot in the future.

Paint desk personnel were very helpful, friendly and just the works

The customer service here is bad. It’s sad that I have to drive out of my city to get good customer service. Employees lack manners.

The cashier Angelica has a very abrasive, distasteful, and arrogant way of treating customers. I tried bringing the issue to the manager of the store who was working in the checkout area and could see the altercation, and she took no action to reprimand the employee who treated me so poorly. After the altercation my son was waiting at the register for almost 20 minutes to make his purchase and both the manger and cashier prior ignored him, he had to bring the issue to a different cashier to checkout as they just ignored him.

The customer service was horrible, a guy named Daniel refused to assist us with the picture of the paint we were showing him he said the code wasn't shown on the picture, but this really nice employ helped us and told Daniel to assist us. He made a mess, slammed everything, and purposely walked very slowly. He did his assisted us in a very bad mood.

It will help more if the employees are more train about their work area and the products from it

I have always had pleasurable experiences at this location in the last 3 years I've shopped there. Employees were always very helpful. If one didn't have the information i needed, then they found someone who did.

Customer service was trash. Rude employees who do not know how to do their job. Needed another employee from a different department to do their job. Unknowledgeable, rude, arrogant cashier and shift supervisor.

Excellent customer service skill by Susan and Diana at the order pick up desk! Both went above and beyond to assure my shopping experience was top notch.
