Store was not organized. Items were hard to find. Associates in the whole store were not friendly or helpful, many were passing by and not even one took the time to help me or other customers that obviously needed help.

I got the stuff that i was looking floor

I have always encountered great service at this location in Huntington Park. I am always impressed with the cashiers, they work very hard to please even the toughest of customers. I have witnessed customers be very rude and unfair to the cashiers but they handle it very well and nice.

Cashiers are not friendly need more managers up there .

Later on but overall performance in the store other employees they were great was ridiculous I asked 3 times can we get somebody else at the pro desk and lady just looked at me like I was stupid I've never spent 52 minutes in line to check out

It is amazing this store is so large and you cannot find adequate assistance from employees at this store. You can find most employees standing around in small clusters talking to each other instead of helping the customers, and this usually includes assistant managers. If you want good service, do not go to this location!

we absolutely love our floors and paint! it is exactly what we were looking for in our guest for our home and they took so much time with me. They have a really large selection and great service

Clean store with good selection of products that you can easily find. The staff is uncommonly friendly and knowledgeable. This is going to be my go-to Home Depot from now on.

Poor Customer service. Was sent from one employee to another to check stock on an item. One employee presented himself but never returned to confirm if item was available. I was In the department for 45 min

Hello, I was disappointed when I visited The Home Depot in Huntington Park CA, 90255. There was an issue with the pricing of the item. The item pricing said CO-PALLET for $8.22. I believe it meant both for $8.22. I talk to the Manager and he stated that price was for one. But the sign made me believe it was for two, especially, because the other pallet did not have a sign. Please make sure pricing is correct and don't wait until we leave to try and fix it.

I went in and alexandero help me in plumbing and provided me with excellent service. When this store first open up, you couldn't find any help now they people many years later they got people like alexandero in plumbing and gloria the cashier who use to be in the garden both should be department heads by now this my frm firm belief.They are Freindly and helpful. I do not live in HP any longer, but I was beyond impressed at the customer service here. I believe this starts at the top from the store manager. Well done!

Easy tu find product easy to pay fast

Customer service is zilch but they have anything that you are looking for most of the time. But you better know what you are going to go purchase.

This place can't ever hire enough employees to maintain decent customer service and a pleasant shopping experience.

The customer service at this Home Depot location is extremely poor. The cashier had double charged me for an item, and when I noticed it on my receipt I had addressed the problem to the cashier. Instead of the cashier taking measures to correct the problem, she told me to go in the return line, so I could get a refund on the double charged item. The other Home Depot employee name Gloria, was next to the cashier when this had occurred. I told the cashier that this was not fair, that I have to go in the return line to return an item, but it was her fault for double charging me for that particular item. Gloria had looked at me turn and turned her back towards me, and shoosh me with the back of her hand. This occurred at register 8, on March 16, 2018 @ 3:56PM

A store to dailey shop in. Very courteous staf members and very freinly.

Awesome service from cashiers to employees on the floor. Great Knowledge of all products. I hate shopping for hardware and stuff like that, but Home Depot makes a difference in how they manage it all
