Believe me, HOME DEPOTS HAS IT! :)

The Howard Lane location is my go to Home Depot. It's very close to my house and they always have what I need in stock. There is always someone friendly available to assist me with my needs.

wait time to get someone to help was too long for me Bryeson in appliances and Sandra in customer service saved the day for me

I went to this store to get two bags of potting soil. I went directly to the garden section. Lots of customers; only two employees at the cash registers and they did not know what they were doing. The person who was called to help me was rude; took the bags to my vehicle before the cashier could ring them up and aggressively threw them in the back of my vehicle and grumbled as he walked off. Thank goodness the bags did not break. I am a 70 year old Christian woman so instead of driving off I went back in the store to pay for them but neither one of the cashiers seem to know what to do since I did not have the item in front of me; nor did they know the rude employee's name. What should have been a 10 minute visit (as only one person was in line at the cash register and I knew exactly what I wanted) took 30 minutes and left a very negative impression with me. I won't go back to the Home Depot on Howard Lane!

I have never felt so disrespected or felt more uncomfortable in home depot! Went to return blinds that were purchased day before 3 boxes mind you & " 2 cut 34.5 length ? Didn't realize &" 1 at 36 length. Mind you trying to get all 36 length day before. " Tammy" mentioned these are cut? My husband and I looked confused and BOTH stated that's why they didn't fit started laughing. she said need to call somebody in that area and made us feel very uncomfortable in the process and made US feel like were lieing and trying to do a fast one on home depot. I explained to the gentleman that arrived we will wait and you can review your tapes from yesterday time was around 7pm you will see that we did not cut these blinds pulled right off YOUR SHELF that day and we will wait. He laughed and said usually don't return but we will. We are at home depot on a regular basis, but we have never felt like we did tonight as we walk out we both said did you feel like she made you feel so uncomfortable and like we were lieing when we both came in happy and saying hello than just awkward and making us aggravated and uncomfortable. Spouse did say looks like gentleman in front of us was giving a hard time before we approached, but if that the case let's just say that employee should of said to another employee or manager give me 5 min to unwind and get myself together can you help the next guest? Hmmm prob would of been better and not make the next person feel so uncomfortable.

STORE was very clean comfortable easy to find out the products . Paint desk employees are very helpful and friendly .Always I get assistance whenever I needed.

I'm at this store all the time and everyone its very freindly especially the pros desk employees.

Ask for Wes at the Pro-desk. You wont be disappointed.

I have been shopping at this store on behalf of a commercial contractor for several years. The same that lady checks out my purchases the majority of time, several times a week and is not only helpful and courteous but remembers my job numbers. I will go out of my way to shop the Howard Lane home Depot

This store was very orderly and the employees are very helpful. I have been looking for a refrigerator for about a month other Home Depot locations were unable yo assist me with purchasing. They said it was not available. I was able to walk in provide a print out of what I wanted and was able to make the purchase and set a delivery date.

I love this particular store. It is not a fancy Home Depot. It is not one of the huge "flagship" stores. It is shopped largely by tradesmen and contractors, from what I can tell. But this store stands out in terms of customer service and having what I need. The staff are extremely helpful and have helped me think through some complicated home repairs on several occasions. I have followed their advice and everything turned out great. I really appreciate this store.

This Home Depot is my favorite HD. I go to this store for all of my needs. All of the employees are always helpful.

Well, it’s closest to me, so that’s positive. Some store workers are friendly, others cannot be bothered. Ended up buying a larger quantity of something I needed because the normal-sized bottle wasn’t on the shelf and the worker didn’t bother to scan the shelf code to check if it was in stock, she did a cursory glance at the boxes on top and told me they didn’t have it. Checkout lady spent more time telling me to rate her a 5 on the survey than she did actually doing her job.

The staff here are wonderful and are always willing to help a customer. I have always leave feeling like I have what I came for and the whole experience was great from the parking lot through the store and back to my truck.

The Home Depot at Howard and I-35 is convenient, clean, friendly, knowledgeable and stocked well. I always find things I did not realize I would really need and use at a later day! Associates are always quick to help and point me the right direction!

Mona, Monic, and Juan were very helpful and patient with me. They helped me find everything I needed and they also helped load it onto the bed of my truck. In addition, the made sure I had all the proper gauges, hoses, and adapters that I needed. I appreciate all their hard work and effort.
