We bought a Maytag a dishwasher model # MDB4949SKZ this month and we are very happy with our purchase. This machine has all the features that we need at a reasonable price that we can afford!

I have had multiple trips to this store recently. I had the pleasure of meeting Kay Kay and Bob. Each of them took the time to help me and make sure that I got the right product for my project.

I usually buy at the Home Depot

Went there today to buy a few things and while i was looking over something i needed and wasn't looking at my cart. some person took all of my stuff out of the cart and took the cart! and the carts are on the other side of the store so guess what i didn't get anything i wanted and left!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We were trying to buy materials for minor repairs and sent an electrician with a business check. An employee, identifying himself as Alex the assistant manager, would not accept our business check as payment insisting that he could not find our tax-exempt business in the Home Depot system. After stalling the sale for over an hour, we paid with a credit card over the phone. This assistant manager needs severe training in customer service skills, along with in-depth training in the Home Depot point of sales system. We have been customers of Home Depot for years, with commercial and personal accounts there. This was a sour experience!

Missy went above and beyond to help us select wood to build signage for our wedding. She was patient and gave great advice. When it came time to check out. She gave us a huge discount as a wedding present! So incredibly nice. Thank you, Missy!

If you are looking for a professional kitchen or bathroom designer, look no further than Mary at the Home Depot at IH35 and Howard Lane. She’s been with them for over 18 years and is a true specialist in this department. Mary did such a great job assisting me in designing my kitchen in 2017, I had her help me with 2 bathrooms this year, 2023, and couldn’t be happier. Designing a kitchen can be a very complicated process with so many decisions to make, such as which cabinet manufacturer to use, design layout, types of drawers, doors, colors, and counter tops. Mary knows her products inside and out, literally, and has a great eye for detail. She gave me expert guidance from start to finish on all 3 projects, and everything went flawlessly. I wouldn’t consider using anybody else, plus she’s a pleasure to work with. Mark

costumer service issue and renting parts/tools. Part(s) are available, but customer service will tell you otherwise. Even though, deposit has been made and text sms has been sent/received that part is at store. They will say "I am sorry, but we don't have it" and cancer order, but part is there at the store. Zero customer service skills from some workers; specially youngsters; too much pride and and not "how can I help you" attitude.

Great store with friendly, courteous employees, easy to shop in.

This is the place to come shop. Associates will not speak to you until your leaving.

Things in stocks. Easy to navigate store layout and friendly staff.

Bob helped us and empowered us as we don’t trust to fix plumbing issues by ourselves. He lead us from aisle to aisle on what we needed to change an outdoor faucet. Who knew we’d need a lot of things such as the right size faucet, gasket, wrenches, hose attachments, specific instructions on how to do it, etc. It was such a pleasant experience for us.

Missy was amazing and the best !!! She was attentive and helped all of our needs!!!!

On a recent trip mid-day on a Saturday in summer, I found this location to have: -Plenty of knowledgeable and helpful staff available to assist in all areas of the store -An excellent selection of products. -A clean, well-organized and easy to navigate store. That's honestly a rare combination for any big box store, so I know I'm lucky to have this location nearby.

I have been shopping at the Howard Lane location for roughly 3 years almost on a daily basis I am terrible with names however there are three people in the paint department that I would commend on their service Anita, Diane and Cameron that come to mind first all three are always very knowledgeable, helpful and expedite the process of getting my paint products so that I can get back to work I hope someone reads this and keeps them in mind for advancements in the company On time ,

Very Grateful for having such a good customer service today, an employee had the kindness of going with me through out self-check, also offered me a Home Depot Credit Card which I did take, she noticed that I was having Issues on process, but she nicely kept helping me, even making line with me to go to customer service, Ms, TAMARAH from there took over convincing and making me confortable with what I was doing, just love the effort she make for my benefit.

I was able to buy the things I needed in a quick and timely manner, while saving money at the Home Depot Labor Day sale!

Got great customer service from Lisa in Electrical. Really knew her stuff and went out of her way to help.

Such helpful employees and knowledgeable! Helped figure out best appliances for my needs and they did not go directly to the most expensive.

I went to buy lumber and needed a couple of pieces cut. Their saw was not working. A lovely lady mgr name Jo helped resolve the issue. A wonderful young man named Keenan manually cut the lumber with a hand saw. Then, the check out area mgr Harry placed the lumber in my car for me.

Bought Paint stuff for remodeling
