One of life's most ugliest experiences occurred over a garage door purchase at the Houghton Lake Home Depot when I was told one thing and the door come in different than what was ordered as well as nearly two months late. Guided by a sales person (Randy) I bought a garage door under specific qualifications. Door arrived many weeks late and without the correct weather stripping and other upgrades. I paid for a service and never received what was initially offered when purchased. Be very careful with Home Depot and Clo Pay

Mark was extremely helpful! Even cut something to size so that we could fit it in our car.

Associates just dont seem to want to help when you go in this store. Be prepared to just go in and get what you think you need pay for it and get out.

I bought a rigid tool for the 1st time glad I did it's got a lifetime warranty Marty bottle of the rigid tool boxes and stuff I'm very happy with the the original product

Had a GFI go bad on me in a room where my chest freeze was being use. Purchased this a a replacement for the old one. Quit and easy replacement

Really happy with painting results. The Behr white paint really turned the porch railing to brand spanking new and the white looks so good. The Behr gray paint is truly gray and painted the porch deck, and looks really good. This paint goes on very well, after first coat I was happy, but I finished with a second coat.

Employees are very nice and despite excellent reviews not rewarded fairly.

Guys in the Plumbing section are always quick to help find the parts to get the job done efficiently, though I never catch their names when I'm in there. Shane is always quick to lend a hand loading materials, a truly exceptional employee.

I have been using the Home Depot in Houghton Lake since they opened. We buy all of our appliances and more here. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. We just bought Refrigerator and Dishwasher from Charles in the appliance department and he was the best. Very helpful and went over and above to help me get all of the materials I needed to go with my purchase as well as being patient and kind. The store is clean and we'll organized.

Carolyn is the best customer support person I've ever had the privilege of dealing with. She's always congenital and helpful and has never failed to resolve an issue. If you had more employees like her, your profits would double.

I like home depot.It by my home.

I love shopping at my local home depot store where everything is usually in stock when they need it and the people who work there are very friendly and go out of their way to help me whenever I need I need it or just ask if I need help. The store is overall very clean and very well organized comazed, I just really love it!

Mary John Troy Shane and many other employees at the HoughtonLake Home Depot are always kind and courteous and helpful.

I purchased an exhaust fan motor, which ended up not being the correct one, but the only one they had in stock. The cashier Bruce was exceptionally friendly, funny and helpful. I believe he was new there and hopefully keeps that same energy and pride in his work. When returning the item, there were no issues with the return, but the customer service girl Michealanne was not very engaging, as she was continually talking with other employee's behind her. Still, overall, I was very satisfied with both of the trips into the store and will definitely return.

This particular store is very helpful and ready to assist. Have been to many other home improvement stores, including other Home Depot stores and while some others are good, most are aggravating and difficult to find help or answers. I feel spoiled by my home town Home Depot. From the layout of the store to the friendly staff, this place is top notch.

I would do at least 4 stars but they don't stock appliances even it they stock a couple of brands it would nice usually if your appliance break down you need one right away so I end up going somewhere else
