I always get help from whenever I go there, and it's also my favorite home depot store.

Most Home Depot stores in Miami have terrible customer service, this one certainly isn't the best but it's better than the ones close by. I do real estate and remodeling so I'm always in Home Depot buying different things and I prefer coming to this one.

Great store. Bal, the employee who was on floor, found just the primer pump assembly I needed for my Echo weed eater. Professional and quick to respond to my inquiry on this part. Excellent employee. Hal at checkout was cheerful and the checkout process went fast.

Very simple do not ask for help or expect employees to truly try to help their busy not working

The West Park Home Depot, has exceptional employees and in the past 3 weeks I have met quite a few. From the young lady about to go on maternity leave who helped me cut 8 or 9 keys for my new home 2 weeks ago even helping pick out a special design "Home" key for my wife, "Happy Wife Happy Life". To the customer service representative who took the time to entertain my questions about financing then refer me to your #1 employee to me at the moment "Raj" in the appliance section. ***** 5 Stars from me Home Depot

Met Ron at the checkout counter at your Hollywood location at State Road 7. He was courteous and helpful and very professional.

The store seems to always be somewhat messy around the plaza entrance or exit/ pro services area. Otherwise inside is very neat and not too crowded even at peak times.
