i WENT TO THIS STORE A BIT LATE, I KNOW THAT USUALLY YOU ARE TIRED, BUT THE PEOPLE WHERE KIND AND HELPFULL.

Good customer service and clean store.

I had a great experience at the checkout. Nakeva the cashier was very helpful, she assisted me checked my items out in the self check lane, that was the first time that a cashier was so helpful at that location , to me.

The store is in a convenient location but some of the items are not in place with the matching prices. Also, I find sometimes the employees abrupt and not easily find for assistance. The prices are impressive as well as the quality.

Associates cant figure out their inventory or prices. If you ask for clarification. The standard reply is "I dont know" or "buy two and give me one". If you ask to speak to a manager the standard is "they're out back unloading," "they're not here," or best one yet "Maybe they're not here" Endless mediocrity

store 285 is clean, safe and friendly employees that are actually willing to help you.

The store's representative had extremely poor customer service skills. When I asked to speak to the manager, he claimed that the manager was too busy to talk to me. I am disabled and a veteran and provided this representative with my veteran ID. He acknowledged my id yet failed to provide me with the listed discount. When I pointed this out, he told me that I had to go back in the store, get on line, and see about getting my discount from customer service. I pointed out to him that none of the available electrical carts was working, and it would be an inconvenience for me to go back into the store for a mistake that he made. He started arguing with me, claiming that he did not make a mistake, was replaced by another employee, and then walked away. Since I was not able to talk to a store manager, I was advised by a different employee to notify cooperate, because I would not get an amicable solution from any of the managers in the store. Although there are good employees there, this is not the first time I have encountered employees with poor customer service skills.

Cashier Shanti was pleasant to others but quite unpleasant to me. Her character changed when I approached the register. I have never received such rude service. It felt racial

Requested assistance from a store manager, told that none was available at this time. Issue was that the main entrance was block and closed from the outside. A clear and dangerous fire code violation. The exit was still "open" from the inside with all the correct signage. The store employee said that it was no big deal and it had been blocked for days. This is how accidents happen and the lack of concern from the employee is not acceptable.

I ordered something online for a quick pick up and was treated kindly and professionally. Safety was of the utmost importance

Most times it is clean and organized and the staff are friendly. The young ladies doing the keys one evening was about to leave but she went out of her way to make the keys I need I didnt get her name. Ms Audrey helped on another occasion. I went to the cashier named Sixta who was also helpful and had a great sense of humor. No complaints here.

Associates friendly and helpful, item purchased was in my opinion extremely overpriced/marked up. 2 pack of plastic lamp switches is NOT worth $4.89 tax included.
