Employees here were very helpful. They took time to make sure I was served properly even when the employee who was serving me had to leave. I was still able to get my wood cut by another knowledgeable employee.

I purchased 5 bags of rocks for painting kindness rocks. I had assistance with the rocks due to a broken collar bone. The store employees were very friendly and helpful.

Jarrod in customer service went above and beyond to help me. The item I was looking for is rare and I did not leave the store with what I needed but we were able to order it. How often have you left a store empty handed and left happy enough to leave a review? I was impressed with how the entire visit was handled.

I had a great experience at HD today. I've been working on a very large landscaping project on and off for the past 2 years. Basically, I built a 100 foot long earthen berm and populated it with trees after a storm last year wiped out all my trees on one side of the property. It's been mulched, but I really needed something special to get it to really pop. So I stopped by the Souderton store a few days ago to get some ideas. I do that a lot. I'll hit HD and just browse around taking pics and getting ideas on different projects. I thought that some of the river stone there might make a great addition to the berm. So I went back today and I spoke with an associate, Diane, who introduced herself as I was browsing. I told her about the project and the colors of the trees and mulch and she suggested a polished black river rock. It took me about a second to imagine the look, and it just made sense, and so I decided to go with it.. Well, I only needed a certain amount of it, but then I started thinking, this was beautiful stone and maybe I had even more uses for it. It took me about another second to think of where I could put more stone, and that was it. I had to take all the black river stone that was left there. It was just too nice to walk away from. I really want to thank Diane for all the help she gave me today with getting this stone, and Nestor and Tyler for loading it in my truck, while I was wrapping up other things in the store. I can't wait to get the river rock installed on the edge of my berm. The neighbors will be jealous! HA! While I was starting the check out, Nora, my cashier suggested that maybe I should look into the HD credit card. I've had it before on and off over the years. I thought why not. I get an instant $25 saving and have up to 6 months to pay, without paying any interest. So I went for it. There was just a slight snag in the transaction though. It appeared to be a computer problem. So, although I was approved for the card, I had to pay with another one of my cards, as the transaction didn't complete for some reason. No biggy. Nora suggested that I go to Customer Service and they could back out the charge from my other card, and then get the transaction applied to the HD card. So I went to CS, and Cynthia, was already waiting for me, as Nora had clued her in to what we needed to do. Cynthia took care of it, back out the one charge, applied it to my HD card, got me my $25 off, and I was out of there in less than 2 minutes. Great job everyone!

Today's eperience was better than some others I can recall.Store employee "Steve" was very pleasant and helpful. The paint dept. is usually understaffed, with long waiting lines, before you are helped.We had to hunt for some time to locate some products.

Many thanks to Bob who has lifted very heavy items for me many times. Today it was 6 huge bags of gardening soil. Bob has helped me with RETURNING heavy things too, and has never made an ugly comment about my being indecisive with such hard-to-manage items.

Friendly , knowledgeable, approachable employees ,Jody the head cashier was a fresh of breath air...

Dan in the construction equipment section was extremely helpful and went out of his way to answer this newbie homeowner's questions. Thank you, Dan!

The store was clean and had plenty of product on the shelves. Unfortunately, I'm unable to use the military discount that Home Depot proudly advertises yet again. The cashier was friendly enough but appeared somewhat uncomfortable that she had to explain about not being able to use the discount. Maybe she was tired of the same questions being asked. No fault of hers-she is doing her job. I'm not in a hurry to use Home Depot again.

Store is great, has everything you could possibly want for you home, indoors and outdoors. The only thing is that since they have everything space is tight, and that makes it a little hard to get around the store quick.

Great Employees and amazing customer service. I have had great customer service from Dylan in the Lumbar department on multiple visits. Not only him but during his absence, I have also found good help particularly by Sue and Riley. This store has good employees and are always willing to help.

I simply cannot say enough wonderful things about this Home Depot! I was shopping with my two young children for a large shiplap product. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted and asked if I needed help. In fact, every employee I walked by, in my time at the store, asked if I needed help. It was so nice to not have to search for such. The product I needed was not the easiest to find as it was not on a reachable shelf. Yet multiple employees worked to retrieve the product for me, cut it to size, brought it to check out for me and then kindly wrapped it and loaded it in my car. All of this done because they offered, I didn't have to ask. Moreover, all of the employees were so kind to my children, and even told me about their kids building program which I cannot wait to take my little ones to. The climate and costumer service at this store has made me a Home Depot shopper for life, even though I have to drive by a couple other home improvement stores to get there, and I look forward to shopping there again soon. Thank you to all who work there, you made this mom's shopping experience wonderful.

Staff at this store are awesome! Never had a bad experience here. Bought 4 Anderson windows this visit, bought 7 last time. Andy from millwork was great. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Very disappointed in the new rule of needing a specific Military ID to receive the 10% discount that Home Depot says they give to veterans. I have a local ID and a veteran designator on my drivers license but apparently that’s not good enough. They say it’s only valid on certain holidays which is really disrespectful because I didn’t serve my country only on the holidays! As a matter of fact when the executives at Home Depot were partying with their family’s during the holidays I was serving my country!

I had help from an amazing associate Kaitlyn.I was purchasing a bunch of succulents and she was very interested in what I was using them for. She gave me a lot of great ideas about how/where to place them in my shelving unit and additional ideas on things I could put in it. She was very polite and fun.
