Tony who assisted me in the plumbing department he was a big help,very pleasant and smiled,asked me if I needed anything else. I love this location. I didn't catch the customer service guys name who helped me this morning, he has really short hair cut and glasses, he made my plant return easy and hassle free, very pleasant personality. Great job everyone keep up the warm friendly atmosphere, thank you everyone your the reason I will be coming back this store.

Excellent store! It was well maintained and clean. We went shopping for houseplants for my office and were pleasantly surprised at the variety as well as the pristine condition the available plants were in. They even were helpfully marked and categorized as "bright light" or "low light", which was SUPER helpful to me since we were shopping for an area that sits in shade. Bathrooms were exceptionally clean. Employees are very friendly. This stood out as a really great experience to us!

Purchased a small order of base moulding at the Hilltown store. The sales people were extremely helpful and pleasant in cutting the 15 foot sections in half so I could get them in my car.

If you EVER visit this STORE! Ask for GENE! Nice sweet older man, treats u like a human and helps u till 200 percent satisfied! He goes above and beyond! He is thankful for his job! He is sincere! GENE is the man to see! Look him up next time you visit hill town Home Depot.. he was originally working in plants and helped me in lighting with not a SPEC. Of hesitation . Great man GENE! Found my products. And was walked to the register! Excellence for customer satisfaction!!!

Great Store, Everything is well Displayed, Easy to find. Employees are very Helpful if you have something specific you are looking for. This Store has just about everything and anything you could ever want in stock, to Perform Multiple Jobs. Electrical, Plumbing, Tiling etc. They really have it all Covered.!!

I was shopping for soldering basic items but there were not enough variety for my specific needs, electronic repairs.

The store and the employees are great. The massive amounts of junk in the extremely small parking lot make it a real challenge to get in the store.

During this time of increasing community spread of COVID, I would really like to see signage on all the doors asking everyone to wear masks that cover BOTH nose and mouth. I see too many customers (and more than one employee) with masks below the nose every time I'm at this store. This greatly reduces the effectiveness of masks for decreasing infection risk.

Generally clean basically stocked but most of the time if you need help on a Saturday good luck bring the help, they get overwhelmed.

Spent 45 minutes in line on a Saturday morning to buy paint after buying multiple samples over several days to find the perfect color. One one employee in the paint department. When it was finally my turn, I was told they didn't have any more of the base needed for that color. I agreed to buy an alternate (lesser quality) product so I could get my color. They were unwilling to try to match that color to a different brand and said their computer didn't allow that. What?? I have already taken small swatches of a color and had it matched elsewhere. While I thought they were preparing my paint, I walked around the store and picked up some accessory items. When I went back to the pick up station, I was told that they didn't have enough of that base either!! I had enough with them and ended up at Sherwin Williams who were able to match my color and I ended up with much better quality paint.

They have lots more flooring options in stock than some other store we frequent.

Bought a “new” heater that was previously opened and was missing hardware. Don’t buy anything with clear packing tape around the ends of the box.

Great store. Can usually find what I need in a hurry and the associate we dealt with today was very Helpful and courteous.

We consistently shop and buy our appliances from this store, specifically because of Johanna Banks in the appliance department. Every experience we've had with her has been absolutely wonderful. She has taken accountability for issues we've had with our orders (even though they were not her fault), she is friendly, kind, and very knowledgeable. We would highly recommend our friends and family to visit this location, just for the opportunity to work with her!

Always a good experience @ this location. I've never had trouble finding a helpful associate when I've required assistance, I've never had to leave without what I was shopping for and have always had a good checkout experience whether using self checkout or cashier. Returns have always been a breeze also. No complaints at all.

Products were easy to find. Product price is more convenient than Lowe’s. I have a Lowe’s store like 7 min from home I rather drive to Home Depot in Hilltown.

wow, thats the first word thats popping in my head when i go to the hilltown home depot. The staff there are incredible and helpful. The layout is spectacular and makes things easy to find. Devon has been excellent at helping me with all my heavy loads in the back of my vehicle. I couldnt get it in without the helpful loading staff. Great work guys!

Very knowledgeable salesperson in Doors and Windows. Brice could not of been more helpful and patient. Every employee we came in contact with was polite and willing to answer our questions. I highly recommend this store.
