I was there today and I was pleasantly surprised at how knowledgeable the employees were and so very pleasant when asked where things were located. I will be back as I saw lots of items I want to purchase!!

I always find the employees very helpful, friendly and go over and beyond to help the customers at this location.

This was our first trip to the Hilltown Hone Depot. From the minute we came in Gene helped us find everything we needed. He walked around the store with us, showed us everything we were looking for and helped us choose which products to buy. Bob was very helpful with our lawnmower purchase. He told us how to care for the lawnmower and what products to buy for it. Justin was helpful at the end and assisted with getting us signed up for a home depot card. It’s hard these days to find such hardworking and attentive staff. All three gentlemen did a great job today and made our shopping experience a great one. We will definitely be using this store as our main go to location!

The store employees are always so helpful and friendly. Many times, an employee would stop what he/she was doing to personally escort me to the location of a product I was looking for.

Stopped in today to get normal construction materials and they had none on the floor. Had them out back but not on the floor. So irritating! This seems to be common practice at this store.

In the past I've gone into home centers and other stores where a store employee not currently busy with other customers would at best tell me about where to find an item and at worst would belittle me for my lack of knowledge on some subject. This never happens at the Souderton Home Depot. Countless times employees there would walk me right to the item from rows away, help me locate it, recommend workable solutions and/or give me advise on installation. Their receipts at checkout ask 'Did we nail it?' The answer to this question at the Souderton is a resounding 'Yes'.

Staff was very friendly and professional. Store is always impeccably clean and inviting. This store seems to always have the items I need in stock.

Misplaced my wallet while at this store. Steve was super helpful trying to help me find it. All other employees were kind and helpful as well. Will definitely return here for all my home improvement needs!

we went to home depot for pluming shopping and BECKY , the lady that works at pluming NAILED It . She was very helpful and helped us with all our pluming list. She was all the time with us , helping us to pick the right items for our home project. BRAVO Becky , you rocked. You deserve a five stars for been such a great human being and thank you for your exelent costumer service!!

Employees are not only friendly but recognize regular customers. All seem happy in their job & are knowledgeable, informative, & interested in the challenge to solve a problem.

At a time when folks are finding it more rewarding to stay at home a collect a check from Uncle Same, the folks at Home Depot that are working hard are not only pleasant but helpful. I really enjoy seeing all the new items available and today found a unique molded stone border for our patio and a gorgeous patio flower that I had never seen before. Thank you Home Depot!!!

Store has a good inventory and well trained employees

I was VERY disappointed with the check out associate. I had asked if Home Depot still gives a veterans discount . He's answer was "Yes". I showed him my VA card. He nodded but did NOT apply the discount. This is the second time this has happened at this store. So do you or do you not give discounts to veterans ? I like this Home Depot store, they always have what I am looking for & need, the associates are very helpful and it is close to home, but if this happens a third time, I will go to another DYI store that honors veterans.

In my opinion this store has no concept of service to the customer, can't make a simple decision to fix a customer problem that they created, made three trips to the store because of their mistakes with a four year old in tow, no apologues. I cancelled the purchase and will never shop at home depot again.

My husband and I were looking for a plant to buy in memory of a loved one. Gene in the plant department was so kind and helpful. We found the perfect plants and are appreciative to Gene for his knowledge and compassion!
