The store is very orderly and the associates are truly the best

Great shop. lots of parking space and very professional team.

Parking was difficult . Automobiles and trucks taking up two spaces. Shopping carts left in parking spaces.

Great selection and prices. Well organized, helpful staff.

The staff is wonderful in the store is clean but I would like to see more lighting around the entrance of the store and upgrade the parking lot lights and fix the signage that is out at the street near Leigh Avenue by the bank.

The Cashier Narinder is a absolute gift tot he store. She is a perfect example how a front line customer facing employee should be

I went in to see if there were any aprons for a kids Home Depot themed birthday party I'm throwing. Nan was very helpful and found the birthday party plates, napkins and hats for this big event! I couldn't believe this was even possible and we are SO excited about throwing a 6th birthday with all things Home Depot!

The Garden area is much improved, along with helpful employees and overall service, on the floor.

Every time I visit this location I find what I was looking for, usually with the help of one or more very nice staff members. I love that everyone is so knowledgeable even when I can't actually describe what I need. I appreciate the extra effort the team goes through to help me and others in the store. Highly recommend this location.

The employees at the Hillsdale store are the best. They are always willing to come and help you find what it is you're looking for. The customer service is excellent. Terrie, in particular, goes above and beyond. I've only met her once, but she made my return experience so pleasant that I can't say enough about her.

I will only comment on "Melanie" there in appliances. She was superlative in helping e everything appliance related! If she goes, I will follow her expertise!

The garden staff Sue helped explain a lot of details how to choose the right soil and also suggested the plants that I would like. Michael helped me pick up the the soil and moved them to my car. I really appreciated their help and I will definitely visit there again.

My faith in Home Depot has been (partially) restored. Previously, I had experienced very poor customer service and was reluctant to shop at Home Depot. I couldn’t even get anyone to answer the phone at the store on Hillsdale Avenue in San Jose. It was very frustrating. On Saturday afternoon, our BBQ stopped working. We needed a new one so I checked on-line for one I was interested in. It was available at the store on Hillsdale. My wife and I went to check it and decided to make a purchase. Wes and Brian were most helpful. Wes helped me find the grill I was looking for as well as a cover for it. When we decided that we’d purchase one that was already assembled, Brian loaded it into his truck and took it to our house for us. It wouldn’t fit in our car. Both of these employees were most helpful and I really appreciated the service we received.

the store was clean and nice

People are very friendly and helpful, even the boy who collected shopping carts at the parking lot was friendly and very helpful. He helped me to load a very heavy toilet to fit into my trunk and made sure the trunk door could close before he took off. Thank you both Christian and the boy at the parking lot. I hope this store can hire more friendly people like you two and a very helpful cashier lady at the self check out section.

The pro desk staff is all so friendly always going above and beyond to get all my materials needed. Asap

The Appliance specialist, Melanie Todd, was very attentive. I had an issue with the pricing of an item that had changed from the online listing, she politely directed me to contact the store manager. The store manager, MJ, was not available at the time, but I was given her phone number. She and I sent multiple text messages over the issue, and when I was met her at the store she went above and beyond to match the price. She blew me away with her excellent polite customer service.

A really good neighborhood Home Depot with very nice employees. Have shopped there for years. Have tons of receipts from this store.

The manager at this location along with the customer service rep who assisted us were wonderful! We had an issue with a seasonal item purchased last year and we were surprised to be given a FULL REFUND so that we can re-purchase the item online! SO HAPPY!!
