Terri at the Returns Desk is ALWAYS nice, proficient and great to work with. Her professionalism and knowledge of Home Depot Policies and Procedures is super helpful and time saving. Note: I do check back on any employee that I take the time to write up to see if they have heard from Management and in some cases they have not. As a Senior Manager for a Large Aerospace Company, I know how much it means for employees to hear from their Senior Management.

If you absolutely must go to Home Depot this store is now worse than the others.

This is one of many Home Depots within five miles of my home and I shop at store 1009 because I enjoy the associates and the store management team. Store 1009 has had some management changes that have improved the overall store appearance, being in stock, and how customers are aided. Prices for all the H.D. stores in my area are all uniformed so its the associates in this store that keep me coming back. With the current remodeling in the cash register, Pro, and Returns stations...it looks like store 1009 can aid their customers in all those areas a bit faster.

Very friendly staff. I always get lost in this store but the staff help me find what I need quickly and they help out with heavy lifting.

Customer Service Center Review: Terrie embodies the definition of Service with a Smile. Not only is she pleasant to work with, her smile and positive attitude are contagious. She was genuinely interested in making sure she could do everything necessary to make my experience a positive one. I came in to both pick up an online order and returning unused parts. This was a perfect start to my weekend!
