Alec in the door department was very helpful in recommending the best door seal to close a large gap at the bottom of one of our outside doors. This kind of customer service is what makes Home Depot a great place to shop.

Nice store, nice people.

This was one of the greatest customer service experiences I’ve had in a while and it happened to be at my favorite hardware store. Just not so close to my home. I used to walk into so many Home Depot for handy work and side jobs, I should begin some side jobs in this area especially because the experience is awesome!!!!!

Love the location, and usually quick checkout. Sometimes things are out of stock, and I have to go to a different store location, or Ace Hardware. Good assistance usually available, but not always.

One of the best HD stores to shop at. Employees are Cool when theyre not suffering Trump Derangement Syndrome and exposing their customers to this disorder. Clean & organized for the most part. Its hit and miss for assistance but I know what I need/want 99% of the time, so I rarely require assistance from an on-the-floor employee. When I DO need assistance for usually returns or warranty issues, the employees are great for the most part. I have encountered a few Gibronies who are Clueless what customer Service means and IS, but I always just pursue interaction with another more intelligent human, and things work out reasonably. Prices are always competitive, & the few times I showed evidense of a lower price, they matched it no questions asked once they confirmed the other store was a B&M. There IS ONE male employee who lingers around the self checkout that is completely VOID of personal space guidelines & inappropriate comments and remarks to strangers/Customers. He creeped out my children. I was patient & compassionate, and just hurried my children out. All in all, this is a very fine store to visit & shop at, the self checkout is almost always quick & painless if the "slow" shoppers stick to the employee run check out stations.

Store is convenient to me. Too small for some products. Other nearby store would not price match as advertised so I don't shop there anymore.

I needed to purchase a new hot water heater ASAP. I went in to the store dreading the perceived ordeal. Luckily, I found the best employee ever, R.J. He guided me through the entire purchase, found all the needed fixtures, (hoses, adapters, etc.), waited in line for me as I retrieved my car, and loaded the hot water heater in my van before I could even get out to help. I'm 58 years old and this was the best shopping experience I have ever had in any store! I wish all my shopping experiences could be this great.

Great associates but short a few at the check out counters. Store is good for stock items, employees are happy, but management short staffs the check out area, so bring a good book and enjoy the check out line.

Clean store, well stocked shelves, good products at a great prices, easy to locate products, a great variety of products to meet every need, friendly competent and available, helpful employees, fast service, easy returns, help loading heavy items. What more could you want?

Avoid Isaac, he is no help at all

My wife loves the fresh flower selection. I enjoy walking the isles finding all those items I use to keep my home working. I love the paint.

The clerks were available and very helpful and were able to answer my questions.

Fantastic sales women in the garden department. Helped me figure out what kind of product to get rid of "critters" in my garden but walked with me to the right isle to find the products.

I have been a loyal customer at this location for 20years. I am an ADA customer and female. Yesterday was the first time I ever felt discriminated against by employees Isaac, Jay and James. I needed to exchange a bad recommendation on paint. It was not what I asked for. I was told by Jay that the gallon was half empty. This was surprising to me because i used it on 2 boards. I was told by Isaac that there was only 1/3 left in gallon. I questioned myself because of my sight issues. Another employee and my boyfriend looked in the gallon and it was almost completely FULL! Isaac, Jay, James went out of their way to make sure I knew they thought I was a thief and trying to get over on the store for a $30 EXCHANGE.And they lied about the amount of product in gallon because they knew I could not see it for myself! I am a small woman with sight issues and all 3 of them made sure they were verbally aggressive toward me in the front of the store. Most pathetic part is they didnt feel they were inappropriate at all in how I was spoken to or how they were ganging up on me like I was a criminal. I had to wait 15 min because the cashier told me paint dept manager, Jay, insists that he sees all paint returns/exchanges so he can decide if HE wants to exchange or return . My sight issues also cause vertigo. No chair was offered as they kept me waiting or spoke to me like a criminal. It is rare that i ever have to return anything. It is rare that I ever speak to anything that bothers me. The level of disrespect, arrogance and the deceit was unacceptable by any standard.

This Home Depot store is generally well-stocked. I particularly like the plants in outside garden. This store takes better-than-average care of the plants they offer for sale.

BOUGHT REFRIGERATOR WAS DELIEVERED HAD A FLIGHT TO CATCH 2 HOURS AFTER GOT BACK 3 DAYS LATER OPENED BOX THEY SENT WRONG COLOR WAS TOLD I HAD 2 DAYS TO RETURN WOULDNT TAKE BACK REALLY WENT TO STORE AND RAISED HAVOC NEEDLESS TO SAY REORDERED AFTER ISAAC SAW ME

I received really expert and prompt assistance in the Paint Department with our color selection as well as our purchase at the self-checkout station

Like all Home Depots that I have shopped in the past, each employee is always friendly and ready to assist with shopping needs. I also appreciate the discounts for my 3 decades of service in the military.

The clerk (Kayla) at the return desk was extremely rude and difficult to deal with even when making a return with a receipt and the original credit card used to make the purchase. She was disrespectful and patronizing.
