Excellent store, most of the employees are great. I really love a few of the cashiers, i think their names are Ricky, Erica, Judy, Edelyn, all 4 are always sweet and speedy when checking me out all the time, pretty smiles, definately great beautiful 4 young ladies you guys have on the team!

The store was clean, well organized, and all aisles well labeled. My experience was in the Home Appliance Department. This was the best shopping experience I've had at a home improvement store. For the first time, I didn't have to ask an associate could they help me, the associate saw me entering the department and immediately offered to allow me to look around the department on my own or he would be happy to assist me as I perused the area of my interest. It was a very pleasant experience and I was very pleased with my purchase.

I FIND ALL OF PERSONNEL AT THE HOME DEPOT STORES FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, BUT THIS STORE EXCELS. JOSE AND ALEX IN THE FLOORING DEPARTMENT MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS A PERSONAL FRIEND. ALL EMPLOYEES GREETED ME AS THEY PASSED. IT WAS A VERY NICE EXPERIENCE. PLEASE THANK THEM

I went to Home Depot to get some products to fix my front door. The store was clean the associates were very helpful and friendly .I found what I needed. Check out was pretty quick. I would recommend this store.

Great experience at Home Depot on Hillcroft and Beltway 8 here in Houston. Went in to get paint, sales associate was very helpful in getting me what I needed. He also, told me about a rebate on the paint that we bought. Wonderful Experience!!!

The tool rental associates were very helpful to me especially the cashier James.

I was returning a merchandise (power tool) of which I was refunded with out no question asked at the customer service.

I went to home Depot to buy 5 gallon off paint I was very surprised they have$40 off so instead of one I brought 5 brackets of 5 gallon to paint my house in and out And for my mother-in-law to so I save more than $200 so my visit to the store was excellent

This store was clean and neat. The store employees were very helpful which allowed us to have a quick visit. The restrooms were clean as well.

Always pleasant experience

Customer service is by far the worst cashier was rude to begin with then the self service attendant was rude the hardware dept wasn't helpful I paid for my merchandise and needed an employee to unlock the lock in front end to get my merchandise took 25 min for a manager to come cause the employees never answered the pages went to customer service to get a refund they insisted someone was coming person shows and disappears very very bad customer relation they seem to forget that it's the customers who make their jobs I know that customers are not always right but they should not be treated bad or with disrespect, deffinatley my last time I go to this store

I frequently visits this Home Depot and I had the most pleasurable experience on yesterday. Veronica whom works at the Pro Desk was very patient , and assisted me in getting all of the necessary items I needed. She was professional and should be a model of how all customer service representative should be. She was awesome!!

I tried to pay cash in this store In self check up but my money was rejected like 4 times and one one of employee ask me to use an other payment metode :( was no help in this store.

For the most part , Most of the employees in the store are good, The quality of the treated lumber is just plain awful , I'm gonna have to find some other supplier for treated lumber.
