i was in the store less than 5 minutes looking at appliance, sales specialist dedra mcdonald approached me and asked me if if needed help with anything. i told her yes and told her what i was looking for and i was comparing price. She help me decided and got the paper work drawn up for me. she asked if i wanted to open an home depot credit card, not at this time. so she took care of all the paper work and explain the delivery scheduled also to make sure i checked the appliance before i signed the paper work. checked for dents or scratches. She was very friendly and helpful. thank you ms mcdonald.

Employees should not help on department they don’t belong to. I was help by Rosa and sold two different brands for washer and dryer...

If you are a female and not able to pack heavy items.. Take some help bcuz it seems as if some of the employees are afraid of work.

Store Manager Chris PINN/ PENN and staff are spot on...excellent customer service from the time you enter the CLEAN and WELL STOCKED store, upon leaving the CLEAN and WELL Lighted parking lot at night. THIS HOME DEPOT store located @ 14440 Hillcroft Street Houston, TX 77085, exceeds my expectations. Thanks for being in my community and representing US well.

Customer service was horrible, Raven the CSR was awful!!! Her attitude in assisting us was rude and disrespectful and not sure why she's working in retail!! I do not plan on patronizing this company with anymore of my business.

I always visit this location because it is close to where I live. They have usually everything I need from gas cans to trash cans. I love to work in my garden and I take care of the lawn, do touch-up's with paint, and using liquid cement to help fix and patch up walls when I need to. I also get wooden boards for the fence when they need to be replaced. I also like to do a bit of landscaping and weed eating thread and lawn mowers. I also purchase my large 20 x 25 x 4 large filter for the a/c and heating ventilation system. I have also visited other Home Depot locations the one in Pearland on 10111 Broadway St in Silverlake and the one on Chimney Rock in Westbury square but this is my favorite locations.

I think this company is a great store to shop at and could be great store to work for however I think that the company needs to be more respectful of a persons religious beliefs and be willing to work with and around an employee's reasonable religious requirements

Was shopping in the Lawn and Garden area. Was approached by very friendly male employee, who was very knowledgeable about items I was looking for, and proceeded to direct me to my identified items. Cashier was friendly and I was out in no time. Will be shopping at this Home Depot on Hillcroft again. Area was clean.

Went into the store today and couldn't find thei tem that I was looking for and the cashier name Ciera went out of her way to find the item for me. That kind of serviceis rare. I was very appreciative.

This is one of the best H D stores in houston , if you need help they will gladly help and not get mad because you ask for help , Great people work there .
