An amazing store!! Best one in Tennessee in my opinion.

I won't be coming back to this location, because a $3 discount is more important than loyal customers. The store is clean, all other associates friendly and helpful. I came in with my boyfriend, I needed a tape measurer and some sandpaper, and all employees were friendly up until the cashier, it says his name is Kirk on the receipt. I asked if they still do a military discount and show my ID. Kirk asks if we're married and I say no, but I guess I should have lied. He starts explaining how the military discount is only for spouses. What we were buying was for me and my boyfriend offered to pay for it. Kirk just kept repeating himself about how the discount is only for spouses and asks what branch of the military I'm in. I'm not, I'm the child of a deceased combat veteran. He backpeddles and says "Oh yeah that's right, it's for spouses and children" and keeps saying how he'll do it this time, but probably not again. I didn't care at this point, but to be so rude and adamant about a $3 discount is ridiculous. I won't be coming back to this location for fear of running into him and being berrated for using a discount that should be available to me.

Nice clean store and shelves are stocked. Home depot has lots of associate's in the store ready and willing to help I do not find this in most stores. Check out cashirer (Don't) was courteous and thanked me for shopping Home Depot and asked me to come back again. I want to thank Home Depot for giving us veterans 10% off our purchase it means a lot to us.

Employees very friendly and helpful helped find what we were looking for and told us the price had been reduced store was very clean and we will be glad to shop there again.

Home Depot has an employee, George McDonald, who is extremely knowledgeable, and competent. He is also polite, and friendly. I am very comfortable, and satisfied with the special order I made from Home Depot.

This store has most everything I am looking for in stock. On occasion, I've had to order specila items and the staff has made the order process very smooth. I've recently purchased new appliances, new cabinets and counter tops. Bob, Ron and Kevin have all been great to work with.

No matter what you may be looking for in the store, you can go to Kyle Thompson, in the Millworks department. He has helped me with everything from doors, to carpet, to insulation, to appliances. I started a remodel about a year ago & couldn’t even tell you what a dimmer switch was, lol. I wasn’t taken advantage of & wasn’t sold anything that I didn’t need. So thankful for this guy for helping me keep my sanity during my project!
