We are working on a moderate home improvement so have had to go into the store, and or, order on line several times. Each interaction was very easy; the staff were very pleasant and willing to spend time to help. Of note, a young employee, AJ, was so kind to stop while walking from the parking lot to the store to help me load a large water heater into my SUV. Brian, the manager was also very very helpful when I had to return a product that was broken when it arrived from online. He was very understanding and made it right for me with absolutely no hassle. I really appreciate his willingness to help me out. Karmina was also very helpful in the checkout process. A few other gentlemen, I do not recall their names. were very helpful in the lighting and bathroom vanity section. All in all, this store is staffed with very pleasant and helpful team members. Thank you!

Both Tracie and Jasper went above and beyond to help me get 20 bags of lava rock loaded into my car without me even asking and all with a smile!!

Everyone at this store was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I'm grateful for the input and information they shared with me to complete my projects. It was a pleasant experience.

I Shop at this Home Depot Five or six times a month. The store always has everything I need, and the employees are very helpful and friendly. Several times I have needed paint matched that has not been made in many years and they have always been able to match it even though there was no formula for it in the paint match computer. You can always count on this Home Depot to help you with all you needs.

The Hendersonville, TN store associates are truly believe in customer service! The associates on the floor were very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help me return some very heavy items. They did so with smiles and efficiency! Cudo's to management for instilling a high level of customer service in your store!

There are three Scotts at this store who provided us with excellent service: Scott in Tools, Scott in Paint and Scott at Check-Out. We were 'triple Scott-ed" during our visit! Although we enjoyed this perfect trifecta of Scotts, you'll do well with any one of the three. We received great service from the staff in Lumber as well, but didn't catch their names.

What i have experienced at this location I have never experienced before. Today we went in for a few things. A gentleman helped us get down a planter. We wasn't sure of the price being it wasn't in it's normal location. We preceded to go check out in the guy up front was very rude when we asked about the price. He had me go searching the price, and informed me to go find the correct barcode. I then asked him if he could get a manager, or someone to assist. I seen Alex the manager approaching therefore I showed him where I got the pot, and I showed him where similar pots was to get the price. I immediately seen the price, and was fine with it. I thanked Alex. I approached the desk with a different color that I had seen, and, Aljavone (AJ on his uniform) informed me that Chuck has not came up just yet. I informed him that Alex the assistant manager just helped me. He responded why is he helping you that's not who I called I called chuck. I informed with him that was fine we have another color he then said to me that the Manager should have came to me not you to him. I informed him that the manager was very helpful. He then called me weird. I asked him how? He explained that's just weird! I told him he was very disrespectful, and need to chat with the manager instead of me. He then tell me I'm an embarrassment to my husband, and that I need to grow some hair. That was very rude as people have cancer. I recorded his actions. I spoke with Matthew the manager who was very patient, and helpful. As I was leaving I decided to chat with the vendor who over heard some things. As I was leaving Aj had a customer. The customer had to bag his items himself. Aj stopped taken care of the customer to ask me if I had anything to say. When I asked him what he said ..Aj responded did you talk to my manager ? Aj said he doesn't care what his managers say. Aj is very rude! I pray for his peace.

I was in the garden section buying houseplants when a veteran started fighting with AJ about the military discount. He said he had purchased something a week ago with it and started yelling and dropping f bombs everywhere and calling them names. While I understand and appreciate this man served for our country, the rules had nothing to do with the employees. Corporate is the one who changes the way they give discounts. I overheard the manager, Bailey, explain to this man that the rules changed as of yesterday. He stayed calm and understanding the whole time this man threw his temper tantrum and belittled these employees. Bailey kindly explained how he could get his veterans discount several times to deaf ears. I'm a manager at a retail store. I can say these guys were rockstars and handled this situation with grace, professionalism, and dignity. As the man left, he pushed the cart he was using in the middle of the road and almost hit a car. Retail employees don't make enough to deal with this treatment. HomeDepot, you should be very proud to have this level of professionalism serving as the face of your company. I will continue to shop and support the Hendersonville location because of them.

It was my first time ordering some thing that had to be delivered are got a credit card and I found a person from the pro team that help me at the front beginning of it and it was very quick and very professional and I’m very happy

I needed ear protection for very loud work environment and since you were out I had to buy another at twice the price to protect my hearing

The Bad.....Self checkout! Terrible phone system! The Good....Great return policy! Great sales associates....George at the Pro Desk! Kristie the appliance associate, that knows counter tops! A young lady in flooring that has help me with tiles. I didn't get her name.

I bought some pvc pipe that I needed cut and Ryan and Steph were very helpful and glad to help. Thanks Fite making my shopping experience easy and quick

Cashier played with my 3 year old son. He gave him a toy. I wasn't even in his line to checkout. Great friendly service goes a long way

Bought Bruce hardwood for my den. Great product. Had the size and quantity in stock. In and out of the store in record speed.

Elias was our cashier in the garden center and what a wonderful young man. He really surprised us with his positive, happy outlook on life and his job. My husband and I left with the product we needed and a huge smile on our faces because we were just so taken back with his amazing personality!! Thank You Elias for a great talk!!!

I love how I'm treated at the store.

Name tag says Dawn but the receipt says Cheryl. Either way, the employee was apparently inconvenienced by our need to pick up an online order as she was busy playing with a dog behind the counter. After we picked up our order I asked if I could have her ring me up 2 sticky traps. Well, that created a bigger attitude from the cashier. So much so, that customers behind me appeared to be embarrassed by her behavior and seemed to feel sorry for me. I don't normally submit reviews but this cashier's attitude is unacceptable and she needs to be held accountable. Maybe she needs to find a job that doesn't involve customer service.

Emily at Customer Service Desk is beyond rude. I came in to return tiles that were broken and she completely ignored me at checkout and rolled her eyes when I asked her to please help me.

We go to Home Depot weekly and have been very impressed by what we think is a newer employee, Faith! Faith went above and beyond and was extremely friendly and helpful.

If you have employees like Christian this would be the only store I would go to

Go see Chad and Steve in the lumber department! These two are knowledgeable and friendly. Kya Marie was my cashier. Immediate attention was given, no waiting. Rocked it! Super helpful group of individuals in a world that portrays it self more and more as entitled.

Dee was the associate that helped me with my purchased. I called in looking for a specific item. She took down my number, searched the store, promptly called back to review the current inventory and how she could help with my purchase. She was very pleasant and helpful

Quickly acknowledged and greeted upon entering store, great outgoing and helpful staff in making your shopping experience fast, easy and feeling welcomed. I will definitely be shopping at this Hendersonville store again!
