My wife and I were impressed by the good selection of major appliances on display. We actually enjoyed our shopping experience, due to our interaction with our Appliance Specialist, Hannah Harris. She was extremely helpful guiding us through our purchase of three major appliances. Hannah is certainly an asset to your company.

The workers were friendly and helpful. Cindy was a atandout. She helped us with all our needs. Excellent listening skills. She went far beyond our expectations. Highly impressed with her patientence with answering our questions. Thank you for allowing me to share.

Really friendly people work here. Shout out to Larry who seemed to know everything about getting small jobs done like drywall repair, mounting stuff, drilling through steel, what tools work for which jobs, and a bunch of other great knowledge he was happy to impart with. I also think the checkout experience has always been quick and enjoyable. Returns are super easy

Shopping at Home Depot is always on top of their game. I wonder how they know exactly where a product is when asked. Spot on. Always polite, courteous and helpful

First off, I was greeted with a huge smile behind the mask of Jocelyn! She made me feel “at home” with her positive attitude and customer service. Secondly, we experienced some minor difficulty, removing a security device from an item I purchased! The Management Team was more than entertaining and extremely courteous! It was fixed by using the “Thumper Bumper”! I didn’t want to go back to work…. I’d rather hang out with your Team Mates!!

The associates at this store are helpful and friendly. The product selection is much better than other home improvement stores. We found exactly what we needed and the prices were competitive. I highly recommend this location.

Stores very low of Lippage Systems, cashier didn't care when I suggested people looking for this type of supplies to do tile flooring, I mentioned to her to let her manager know only 1 bag of the "B" system left on the shelf and her answer was an "MMM" and an "Thanks for shopping with us" like a robot, it wasn't she was busy because nobody was waiting on line. Before stopping by to this store I went to another 2 and also shelfs were empty.. Only reason I went to this store because customer service desk at the Serene store were able to track these supplies at the Sunset store and system showed they had 60 bags of each.. guess Home Depot's inventory system is really bad. Is not the first time they tell me same thing on different occasions and the stores don't have it or the amounts showing on their system is completely wrong. I really don't usually shop at this store but will be my last.
