If you ask for help as soon as you come in that help gets to you in an okay manner but need to ask for help as soon as you walk in

The Henderson HD is a remarkable location. There is always someone who goes above and beyond to help a customer decide what is best for their personal home improvement development. The level of professionalism is quite high and there are even some people who will walk customers through some information about how to apply certain home improvement methods, to make a job or project smoother or less problematic. I have learned a wealth of knowledge from just needing to know "how to", regarding certain project needs, by just coming in and asking someone who may have good understanding of a particular job type. It appears to me that each employee has experience in some area of home improvement. That is quite helpful when one is somewhat desperate to get some understanding of a job we are unfamiliar with. I for one, appreciate the help and courtesy. Thank you all so much!!!!

If you’re in the market for tile or any flooring, see Cindy or Vita for their assistance in the flooring department. They were wonderful at helping me select a tile and providing all of the required items to complete the job. It was a breath of fresh air after going to other flooring stores.

As always, clean store, items in stock, and great service.

They usually have everthing I need to complete my projects.

I am amazed at the friendliness and helpfulness of the associates at this Home Depot Location. Inventory generally is in good stock and well organized. The check-out process is generally quick and easy. I have been going to this location for over 25 years and will continue to do so for my projects.

Bought items at this store during COVID to fix pool plumbing. Tried to return them today without a receipt after they tried looking up the transaction and was told I was DENIED! I have shopped here for years! I was made to feel like a criminal. I purchased these items from this store and they were in the original retail packaging. They entered my driver's license number and then gave me a receipt saying RETURN DENIED, and to contact The Retail Equation. What a JOKE! No explanation and was told to read the FAQ. Still no help. REALLY HOME DEPOT! THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT A CUSTOMER! TIME TO VOTE WITH MY MONEY AND TAKE MY BUSINESS TO THE OTHER BIG BOX HOME IMPROVEMENT STORE!

As with every Home Depot I have shopped at the staff is always helpful and polite. But Julia from the Henderson NV store went far above average to make my shopping their a very positive experience

Staff was friendly. Stock was bountiful and experience was pleasant.

Special ordered a Security door. Received damaged. We were told our options on what we could do. Everyone we dealt with were knowledgeable, polite and very helpful. Wish I had all the names. Bill, Ryan (security door area) Summer front end were awesome in helping us. The young men who helped loading the door very polite The lady who called me offering a credit very nice. A very pleasant shopping experience. Thank you!

The store was extremely clean. The associates were helpful and courteous. As it was not a busy time, the checkout line was non existent and our checkout girl was very fast, courteous, funny and a delight.

The store has some friendly associates. I can almost always find someone helpful. My last visit Jamario was very helpful answering all my questions, as well as the young lady in the paint department. (She had pink polish & a ton of paint swabs on her smock) sorry I cant remember her name.

As a woman, I went into the store looking for a rod to fit my "custom made" closet. Since they did not have one, I made due with a piece of wood until I could get the medal. NOW I have worked with contractors for 20 years, so I'm not a "dumb blonde" but I guess the guy that was helping me thought I was. When I asked him to cut the piece of wood (1x4) into a 1x1 (down the long side) HE TELLS ME THEY CAN'T DO IT!!!!! SERIOUSLY!!!! A LUMBER COMPANY......I really should have called a Supervisor and reported it right them, but my daughter was with me and I didn't want to embarrass her. I MADE A MISTAKE. I should have called him out on it and shown her how to handle IDIOTS like him who try to dismiss us since we were "just women". I took it to a friends house and cut it myself on his table saw. UNBELIEVABLE. I SHOULD GO BACK! And by the way......it worked perfect in the closet!!!! But then again, I am JUST a woman! RIGHT Home Depot --- :-(

I don't recommnd stores, so don't take the "no i would not recommend" too seriously- i don't generally advertise for companies. This store was as expected. Nothing great about it, nothing poor... totally as advertised. And that is the reason for the totally average rating. Store was as clean as expected and staff did as expected as far as helping and doing their job. Again, nothing great or special, but nothing off-putting either. They had some computer issues that slowed the process down, but were apologetic and friendly during the issue. Overall, an as expected experience for 3 of 5 stats. Average.

I felt as if I was being treated like a theif the entirety of the trip.

The Garden at H.D is awesome. Nice selections of plants and awesome friendly staff. I love it.
