Was greeted and personally shopped with the opening manager John today. After having bought from HD for the last 25 years this by far was my best experience.

I frequent this HD because every single employee is extremely helpful and committed to making sure they provide a great shopping experience. Thank you for bringing the customer back to focus!

This Home Depot Store was incredible in their customer service to me yesterday, as well as in the past. Rox, supervisor in lumber, helped me with everything to build my large water trough for my water feature and saved me time and money by doing so. The other staff at checkout and load out were also amazing. I will ALWAYS go to this store now.

Your store was clean and well stocked

This place is the worst I've seen in a while. I asked customer service when I walked in to call someone for a lumber cut. She responded but my request was ignored. When in lumber, I asked the three guys for a lumber cut, they put away their phone and walked away. I asked a lady with flags, she said the only one that could do it was at lunch. I went back to customer service and asked for a lumber cut, and to speak to a manager (2x) she did not call a manager but did say someone would meet me in lumber. After 15 minutes, I went back to customer service. They all walked away while I was standing at the glass. I again asked to speak to a manager. No response but a customer service agent does step over. After all her platitudes, she calls a supervisor and and says she is already back there waiting on me. She was not, but 10 minutes later, a guy comes and makes the lumber cut. Self check out worked.

I appreciate that your store has Veteran's parking up front and also offers veterans a discount on your products. Peter was very helpful in helping me check out with my step ladder. Thank You.

Home Depot has service oriented reps galore. Plentiful service reps to solve home projects. You have the largest inventory to get things done.

Everytime I go to Home Depot as I enter in I'm always greeted with a smile or do I need help, all the employees are great well informed, ready to help out and get you ready for what you need or need to do, and if anyone ever complains about this store, Know their just a Karen

Only reason I gave 3 stars is the check out experience. Every employee that I encountered was extremely nice and helpful, but there was only 2 places for a cashier and 4 self check. One cashier and one to help with the self check. The self check kept going down and had to be reset and the cashier was having another issue. It took a very long time to check out. As a customer, I prefer to have a personal experience and usually absolutely refuse to pay a company that I have to work for... ie... self check! Hire people that are willing to work to make their shopping experience more personal and memorable

It seems that everything I get at this store works out for me.

I purchased a Husky 3-piece work bench online and was alerted of the products ready to pick up in the Home Depot App on my phone. Went to pick up my purchase and got a little box with the totally incorrect part. Had to convince the employee that I was not getting 1 of 5 boxes in the order she insisted that the one little box was the order until I proved that their skew system messed up! Very dismissive employee and extremely disappointed that I had to settle for a refund on a $700 purchase.

I purchased 27 gallons of paint and needed three colors custom matched. all three satisfied customers.

I just wanna say thankyou to Susanna at the sunset Home Depot …. You are a wonderful employee.

Bad attitude. The mount entitled guy at the paint counter. The next time he tosses a can of paint at me, he’s going to find himself fired.

Cindy went out of her way to help with a complicated issue. Also John In the window and door dept. was so helpful, and very informative

This store constantly has no open registers, they try and force you to use the self check out and the people that are there for the self checkout are not trained to assist with issues. I just had a really bad experience with the customer service desk, both ladies that worked there tonight were incredibly rude and condescending. Corporate need to audit this store as this has been an ongoing issue!

Summer is one of a kind. She is knowledgeable, understanding and patient. She went over and above to help me buy everything for my rental property fix-up.

I both this month, and i would choose a nice appliances and very affordable and nice discount too.
